This is a tired, old property. Plus it suffers from an inconvenient location, insufficient dining options, and small rooms. The ongoing renovations will certainly help, but there only so many times that you can "refresh" a property. Staff was great and helpful. My stay at the "still under construction" Washington Hilton was better than I thought it would be.
