We spent three days here with our two teens. The hotel was up to date, immaculate, and conveniently located. The staff was courteous. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was enormous. Best of all, we paid under $100 per night (excluding taxes). In 30 years of travelling I've never got such a great bargain.

The hotel itself is a very well kept upscale establishment. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Be careful of the sumsaver package. It consist of a room with a queensize sofa bed. This is not the most comfortable sleeping piece of furniture you would want to sleep on.I suspect it could be from continuous wear and not being replaced often. The... More

I stayed at the Washington Court Hotel last week for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is great as the hotel is located 3 blocks from the Capitol building (come out the front door and turn left - you can't miss it) and 3 blocks from Union Station. I got a good rate through the Hotel's website... More

Stayed here for 5 nights and was very pleased. Room was quiet and very clean, and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. I read the negative reviews of the front desk, and would have to agree that they are generally not gregarious or even very friendly, but were always courteous and helpful to me. I picked this primarily for the location... More

Nicely appointed and clean rooms, staff really helpful from the doorman to the bar staff at night. Well appointed for all the trips round DC. Area felt very safe even after dark despite comments seen prior to visit. Hotel restaurant good but plenty of choice locally and further afield.

This hotel is in a great location for DC, has nice beds and linens, but ... the service and quality control needs to be fixed. Check the housekeeping !! Get control of your front desk!! 2 days into my stay I noticed in the bathroom, well, I can't even write about it, but it was gross and NOT from my stay!.... More

When I showed up to check in at this hotel the front desk woman never smiled once. I was traveling with 2 teenage boys and I asked for a room with 2 beds. The front desk woman told me that it would be $25.00 more for 2 beds. I figured for $25.00 I would just sleep with my boys. The... More

My experience with this hotel was truly awesome due to one person, Miss Caprice Underwood. This woman is very professional, kind and compassionate. Upon check-in, she assisted me with with obtaining my luggage and other concerns that I had. Most importantly, she never got upset with me. She made several attempts possible to please me and ensured that my stay... More
