I opted for this hotel over the Capitol Hilton because it was about half the price. Although it was farther from my meeting site, it was clean, comfortable and a good option. Room was no-frills, but nice.

When I booked my room I did not noticed the valet parking fee. As I remember the valet parking is $33, which Is very expensive. The receptionist was not friendly when I asked him if I could park my car on the street. In addition the music from outside of the building was very loud after 10pm. The hotel staff... More

i stayed here because I like the St. Gregory and this was closer to my client. It doesn't have the same quality of service as the St. Gregory but the rooms are similar. (Front desk was a bit chaotic at check in and I had to correct charges on check out.) Clean, comfortable, quiet. Internet was flawless and fast, but... More

Was up on the fourth floor but was woken up by noise from outside all night. Also thin walls inside so was getting a lot of noise until people went to sleep. Ceilings were tight. Shower was less than 7 ft tall. Seemed clean enough and staff was friendly and efficient.

Our experience with this hotel was ver good. The staff were friendly and caring. Karla was the best during our entire stay. Steve did offer us free parking due to a problem with the front desk. The room was nice and the locat is central to everthin. I will recommend if locat, service and price are impo.

Bad customer service. Checked into a room with one bed when I reserved two. Though I was moved to a room with two beds it wasn't until I felt like I completely inconvenienced the guy. No apology, nothing. Just tossed me some new keys after abandoning the front desk for 10 minutes why other guests waited angrily in the lobby... More

Lack of Customer service was unbelievable. From the first point of contact with the valet service to the Restaurant server. Valet attendants were unprofessional. I pulled up and the attendants did not want to help me; they did not come to my car or ask if I was checking in or dining at the restaurant. I had to get out... More

I recently stayed here for a three day business trip, and overall it was a very good experience. My room had not been updated as some others have said, but the bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was quiet. The location is very convenient, and the restaurant was quite good.

Room has been updated, and i really liked layout of the bathroom (with closet and drawer space in the bathroom), but hallway was dark and really worn, lobby was disappointing, and the bar area was REALLY disappointing - it felt like there was a bar in an updated Denny's. I was also disappointed with reception. Admittedly, it was 9:30 at... More

This is a perfectly nice hotel. The room was fine and spacious and the staff very friendly. But there were lots of little things that were off. Maybe it was a bad week, or maybe they've got some wrinkles to iron out. Here's a list: only one bar of soap and one soap dish, even though there are two sinks... More
