One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It's close to everything in Downtown DC and there are plenty of Uber cars always driving around the area. Unfortunately...that's one of the only excellent things about the hotel. To start, the check-in took an extremely long time. After getting into the room...it was just...ok. Small TV tucked away... This was my 4th time staying at the Beacon and have to say it was best nevertheless. As we arrived the receptionist Denise was very pleasant and check in was quick. The room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant there is a little pricey but the food was excellent. No complaints here will always stay at the Beacon when I... More

Friendly staff, good location, nice rooms with what feels like quite new furniture. I'd stay here again if need be. I'd like to see a store in the hotel for some late night snacking after long days of work.

The hotel is a really nice hotel, brunch very rarely prices, but the best thing of all is the manager. Her name is Denise! She goes over and above for the guests. She made the stay amazing and is so friendly. She made sure everything was perfect and I just cannot rave enough about her. My boyfriend is here to... More

I stayed here with a group of friends and will be coming back if I ever need to stay in D.C. again. The location is walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants and the price of our room was great for the area. We had a suite with a kitchenette, which I highly recommend if you are planning an... Needed to go to DC for a convention and needed a room close to the convention center - proved to be a great decision. Would stay again. Close to restaurants. Was able to walk the area with no issues or problems.

I loved this place! I'm from the area, but decided to have a romantic "staycation" with my partner. Rooms were large, clean, and beds are beyond comfortable. The location..great! It's steps away from public transportation, restaurants, bars etc.! I definitely recommend the champagne brunch on Sundays if you have the time - trust me you won't want to leave. Great... More

We simply love that you love us...Thank you. And could not agree more... You good points and Gripes... Just as a note, our parking is strictly valet, as we find it necessary to protect all cars, as self park can pose challenges, as not all drives can maneuver below grade parking lots, and the fee, usual for DC allows for... rooms tend to be on the smaller side, but are clean and quiet. Parking is a bit pricey, but that's standard for DC. Overall, it's a nice place close to metro and lots of bars and restaurants. My only advice is to avoid brunch there. As buffets go it's fine, but it's a buffet. And kinda pricy. There are better... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, yes our location is very central and greatly appreciated... We are sorry you thought out brunch was pricy yet if offers such variety and freely flowing champagne., surely three are many options in the area, as we are within walking distance to so many. Our brunch has been rated top... More
