I stayed one night at the Hilton and everything was perfect. My room was a nice size with a sofa and chair. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was exceptional and the location was convenient to the metro and for sightseeing. Food served at a dinner event was quite good. I would stay at the Hilton again.

This hotel has the advantage of location, location, location as it is close to the metro, the White House, the National Mall and Smithsonian Museums. Some of the rooms are small, however staff will happily move you if there is another room available. Most of the staff here are professional, friendly and helpful. One drawback of this hotel is that... More

This hotel is quite average in my opinion. My room was dark with small windows which meant I had to keep the lights on the enitere time. Breakfast was really nothing special (considering the price!), it didn't look inviting and I only had it once and then went to get b'fast outside the hotel. They charged me for internet access,... The room was quite small and old fashioned. Still, I would like to thank the staff of keeping the room very clean and proper! The shower on the 9th floor allows only limited water; the hotel should check the pressure. Windows are small and let the light out. Really annoying are the paper thin walls and door, so that every... More

Check-in was later than promised, room AC unit was asthmatic, no refrigerator and the sofa and chair were uncomfortable. The staff was nice. The cost of $300+ a night was outlandish but was lower than other hotels in the area. Metro access was great-two lines within two blocks.

Location is excellent and the rooms are fine - comfortable bed, flat screen TV, good water pressure in shower etc but the room service and internet are the problems... Their room service prices are laughable. They charge $17 for a plain cheese pizza - but it isn't $17 when it gets to your room. I added 2 ginger ales to... More

Dear Paul M, I appreciate your review of your recent stay at our hotel. I understand that room service cost was of concern, and I am sharing your feedback with the appropriate members of our team so that we can make it right for future guests. As well, while we do charge an additional fee for wireless internet, we strive... More

Stayed here the night before the Easter Egg Roll. PERFECT location for visiting the White House. Price was right too. The staff were AWESOME...valet as well. Everyone was so good to our kids. Realized hours after checking out we left all our winter coats in the closet. The concierge went to our room than to list and found and sure... More

This is a nice hotel close to everything with easy access to the METRO. But don't expect there to be a pool, as I did, as there isn't one. The staff was friendly and courtious and the hotel was clean.

I stayed on the 4th floor by the roadway, and it was loud! Also, the room smelt like it had water damage at some point, very old and musty/mildew. Internet is HORRIBLE, and staff is pretty rude (collecting a paycheck, and that's all). Bathtub didn't drain. That being said, it was a great location by the White House and various... More

Check in was smooth, in fact the receptionist made sure we had the best room. The room was large, bed was comfy and everyone was friendly. Bar was not crazy wild, but good service and drinks. Perfect experience.
