I came here for a work conference and have been here a few other times. This time I arrived early and thanks to Marriott app check in process my room was ready for me at 10AM. That was great. I was upgraded to a suite - double great. The staff is very nice. We ate in the Presidential Room -... More

Travelled from UK to spend our Easter holidays. Stayed for one week in double room. When we arrived hotel seemed really nice, large lobby helpful people, music playing... Room looked really nice. But surprise was when we entered in the bathroom. What a surprise in 4* hotel-full floor with dark, short hairs. I was pissed of coz I know that... More

Spent 2 nights and will definitely think to stay stay here again. Perfectly located in downtown DC, walking distance from White House, obelisk and museums. Subway is close by and Circulator busses stop right across the street. Clean and spacious room. Great attitude from front desk clerk and concierge (called navigator)

Located conveniently to Metro and in the middle of a rapidly developing neighborhood, the hotel provides a peaceful respite. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. The only weird thing was the elevators to the tower I stayed in was hidden by a staircase.

Checked-in here after a 24 hour flight from Asia. Lobby seemed nice, i assume they did some renovation a few years ago and this property is at least 15 years old Room 1: Was informed a king size bed was not available so i'm stuck with a room with twin beds, although i'm a solo business traveller.that's fine , i... Dear Bcheong, Thank you for taking the time to write an extensive review about your recent stay at our hotel. I certainly understand your frustration that your first room was not up to your standard and that you experienced a noisy neighbor while in that room. I truly apologize that the cleanliness was not what you would expect and that... More

Since before we arrived, I knew the service was great because I was in charge of the logistics for a group of 40 people. The rooms are comfortable and the location is wonderful and it has been renovated recently, so the decoration is reaaly nice. It´s great for families, couples and business. The lobby has a great atmosphere at night.... More

Recently stayed at this hotel after contracting it for a large group sight unseen and based upon others recommendations. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas with only a few disappointments. Checked in early and the front desk was more than helpful in getting me into my selected room type early after a long morning of travel. The room... More

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, my room (16th floor) had been recently been refurbished in a nice manner, and unlike a lot of US hotels the lodging area felt light and inviting. Staff were attentive and helpful. The only downside was that the wifi was hopeless much of the time.
