Stayed for a night getaway. Staff very friendly and asset to hotel. Room was clean with a soaking tub. Bathroom products are great. Hotel offer many items for free if you forgot personal needs. Elevator has a seat to sit down. Gym and pool small but nice and clean. Free water in room and gym. Bathrobes and slippers are always... More

The views were gorgeous. The rooms weren't as luxurious as they should've been for the price though. It was very simple and very quiet. A good place to get away to. Rooms are a little plain and boring.

Location, service, staff, room, ambience, ....etc are all well and above expectations. I was on a business trip in DC and the hotel offered me free ride on their complimentary car more than once. Concierge helped me with some packages in ways I never thought possible in hotels. Hotel is within walking distance from some very nice restaurants and shopping... More

We reserved well-ahead of time, and got (as requested) an end-of-corridor View Premier Deluxe room on a higher floor. This probably contributed to the sense of calm and quiet that we enjoyed; the room was remarkably quiet, despite the hotel being in the noisy, bustling NW district of DC with its many embassies and restaurants, and other hotels (there were... The Park Hyatt is by far one of the top hotels in the city. The staff is extremely professional and are addressing you by name within minutes of your arrival. Check-in is smooth and goes without a hitch. The rooms are absolutely spotless and smell like a spa. There is complimentary Voss water at your bedside and books on American... More

The Washington Park Hyatt is a very modern and clean hotel. The furnishings and establishment are clean and refreshing. The room is spacious and relaxing. I washroom was clean and there were several items available, should I have forgotten my own. I would recommend this hotel for the experience.

The Park Hyatt Washington far exceeded my expectations. I had tried to book the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton but both were full during the days I was traveling to DC for a conference. Consequently, I booked the Park Hyatt knowing very little about it! What a great hotel! I received a complimentary upgrade to a Park Suite which was... More

I love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and modern and clean. The service is fantastic. The food, whether room service or in the restaurant, is great (especially the breakfast). This is a top of the line hotel.

I usually stay at the Ritz or Fairmont when visiting DC but thought I would give Park Hyatt a try. I am so glad I did. The service is extraordinary- the rooms are like suites- tEven though the location is walking range to great shopping and museums and all the excitement the hotel is very calming. And first class.
