I continue to be a Marriott fan and this hotel signifies the reason. Marriott has the greatest beds, the staff were exceptionally helpful and my room was spacious and spotless. Its a decent place. Its very accessible by the metro. Parking is NOT FREE. Thats the only thing that was annoying. $12 a day for parking. The rooms were well maintained and everything was new. They even had an iphone dock/radio. The view from our hotel window was nothing special. But you could see people walking in a hurry. more

Stayed at this hotel for Spring break, with our 11-year old son and 6-year old daughter. Great, great service - especially at the Concierge Lounge. We would rate Gail a 5-star rating! For its the hotel class, and location, it is actually a good deal, although if I had more driving time, I would have ended up staying at a friends house in Richmond.
