I got this deal from online bidding at priceline.com. It was $50/night so you can't really complain about the price. Room was clean, no free breakfast. Overall it's worth a stay as far as the price is concerned. more

This hotel recently underwent some significant lobby renovations. It's all very modern and upscale now but the result is that the lobby is one very big room with a good deal of noise. It's difficult to find a quiet place to think, let alone have a conversation, but naturally you won't be spending much time here. So off to the... more

We stayed at this Hyatt in order to attend the "9-12 March on Washington". It is close to the Capitol and Union Station. Due to my Diamond status, we were upgraded to the Regency Club floor. Our room was a basic room (king bed, one tv, desk, bathroom with shower/tub combo) and was fine. The great part, though, was the... more

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for a weekend of sightseeing in DC. The location was good - right on capitol hill and easy walking to major landmarks, but the hotel wasn't the greatest. We got a good rate so I got what I paid for, but the room was tiny, the pool was dirty, and the fitness... more

We booked this on priceline and got the room for $40.00!!! What an incredible bargin. The hotel was extremely clean. And we were able to park 1/2 block away in a parking garage for 12.00 a day. On the weekend we were able to park on the street for free. It was an easy walk to Union Square and the... more

My husband and I stayed here for a week in August-Sept. Staff here was professional but friendly, food was very good. Loved the suite, great bed, nice furnishings, quiet and clean. Big bathtub for soaking, nice bath products. Ali made our stay very special. We are still telling all our friends about the service and warm hospitality we received. Didn't... more

We stayed last Labor Day weekend (from Friday to Tuesday). Two adults and a 3 months baby. The hotel has a nice functional open lobby but you have to take the escalator to reach it from the street or the disable entrance in case you are in a wheelchair or using a stroller. Although the check-in time was after 3... more

A decent but expensive hotel located just a couple of blocks from Capitol Hill. I stayed here while attending the Army's annual AUSA Conference at the DC Convention Center. Check in was fine - efficient if not the most friendly experience in my life. One thing that was strange was the fact that they never gave me any information confirming... more

Some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. Location was great for us. Walk to Metro and to Capital. Food was overpriced of course, for cheap eats, go to the Metro. more
