Enjoyed touring around Washington, nice city, hotel was a nice location to walk from, around the monuments and bridges. Room very nice, quite small but as a base to sleep was fine. Staff for the most part were helpful, not the guy at the door who was next to useless when arriving and leaving so at least he was consistent....

We loved this hotel. Its quite an old historic building but inside its lovely, well furnished and very attractive. All members of staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Wifi worked perfectly and the tv worked without any problems. The restaurant and bar area are very comfortable and location of the... More

I had stayed here once before and I truly enjoy this hotel. Yes it's old but it has a charm that you will not find at a chain hotel. The hotel is a historical hotel and in a great location. Easy walking distance to Verizon center and major museums and great restaurants. The staff while young is energetic and very... More

We arrived the day before the blizzard started. The hotel staff were all very helpful all during the stay. Anything you needed, they were there with quick service. The hotel is full of history , being Tudor Hall where many Senators and Congressman lived years ago. It is within walking distance "even in the snow" of the U.S. Capitol ,... More

The Henley Park is located in a good area close to the convention center. Ideal location for business stays. Rooms are small though, breakfast and diner options limited and service not really splendid. I would say: past glory.

We stayed here betweek the 19-22 of December. The area where the hotel is located is ok, the hotel has a vintage/historic look, which I am not completely sure is always a good thing. The room had a good size but the furniture was old and the carpets were worn out. Breakfast was included, it was good but very little.... More

Spent MLK weekend in DC and ended up booking the Henley Park Hotel after reading a number of reviews. We were able to book with a Triple A rate, and added the valet parking and morning breakfast to our reservation. The hotel rooms were clean, and appropriately sized and hotel staff was very helpful. The valet worked well and breakfast... More

Instead of amped up nouveau style the Henley Park delivers service, comfort, quality. As a historic property the Hotel making sure the basics are done right. Staff is always available and attentive; from check in to house keeping to a great cocktail. There's no spa, pool, or exercise room. No microwave or frig in the room. No rack of brochures,... More

This is the sort of hotel I enjoy, a historic building in the city restored to a new use. The lobby and other public areas have beautifully detailed architectural details. The rooms are furnished in a kind of Colonial reproduction style, comfortable but totally uninteresting. I upgraded to the deluxe queen room facing out onto Massachusetts Avenue. This was a... More

We spent three nights here over New Years, good location, four blocks to Metro, three blocks to Chinatown, great upscale neighborhood. Our room on the 6th floor was as small as a room can be but very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bar and restaurant pleasant and comfortable and classic cool.
