I stayed here on 26th July until 28th July 2014 It was nice photos from internet. And nice on real looks with the grand piano in the centre of the pool which is never used. But what was not depicted is the ambience. There is no grandeur, the place feels like a cheap place with the scooters for rental in... More

This was our first stop on a week-long vacation traveling around DC, Eastern Shore, and Baltimore. We were staying in Penn Quarter for the first time and this location turned out to be excellent. While the check-in and check-out process seemed a little slow, overall our stay here was quite pleasurable. Our room was good sized and quite clean. The... More

My wife and I went to D.C. for our one year anniversary and the first three nights were spent at the Grand Hyatt. This hotel has everything you need if you are wanting to see the sites and landmarks of our nations capitol. We are a very brand loyal couple and always try to find a Hyatt when we travel;... More

The Grand Hyatt as a large lobby attrium, a Starbucks in the lobby and a sportsbar. The hotel is also connected (without having to go outside) to the DC metro station. The gym, which is in the adjacent building (also accessible without going outside) has an indoor pool which is nice for kids and a good selection of cardio and... More

Right in the middle of downtown, Very pleasant staff. The Hotel looks beautiful both outside and inside. There is a nice brewery close by to relax and good bell staff. For a change, I am falling short on my complains. The Reception Host gave treats to my kids and they loved it. Chinatown is very close by and you can just... More

Very good location to get to any part of a wonderful city - the standard of the hotel was exceptional, the Hyatt lounge offered great breakfasts snacks and even a dinner substitution if you had a big lunch

Although pricey, this hotel was worth its weight in gold for location! We spent one night and wanted to easily be able to walk to The Mall and the White House. We traveled with a nine year old and a six year old and the walks to each of these attractions were easy for them, and for us! There is... More
