Stayed two nights with kids for a short DC visit. The sofa beds are possibly the most uncomfortable I've encountered. Another shortcoming is the breakfast buffet is far too slow and understaffed with long lines and big crowds. The location is very good and we enjoyed the neighborhood and walk to the Metro. This is a good hotel for a... More

Stayed here for two nights. Very peaceful neighbourhood, so you get a good night sleep. Also, if you are Gold or Diamond member and get upgraded into 7th floor (Premium floor), you have access to snack-box, which gives you free non-alcoholic drinks, fruits and snacks. Wi-Fi is free for Golds and Diamonds, and quite fast. But evening managers reception and... More

This was our first visit to D.C. and I didn't know where to stay. The Embassy Suites did not disappoint! It was a short walking distance to the subway and in a great neighborhood. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great every morning. In the evenings, after sightseeing, we came back to the hotel for the evening refreshments... More

Not a good place to stay if you have a large vehicle or take a family to. Beds are very uncomfortable!!! The pool has tooo much chlorine in it. Eyes burn really bad!!! The garage is very low. We had to go into the exit first. The pull out sofa was very old and sunken in. The location is not... More

Great hotel! The breakfast was really good (some long lines for the custom food) and the evening reception is an added bonus. Can't go wrong. Staff is awesome and the rooms are very clean and make a pleasant stay. Atmosphere helps. Only downside is that the parking is expensive in the hotel and limited spots and it's not that close... We stayed for five nights at the hotel. The suite was more than adequate, breakfast food was very plentiful and had everything most people could think they would want. Overall, this hotel has a very competent and extremely hardworking staff. I would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

My group stayed in Washington, D.C. for three days. The room was very large and the hotel looked amazing. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable. The cooked-to-order omelette was average on the first day but much better on the second. However, the wait time is about ten minutes and the breakfast is understaffed. However, the location of our room was... More

We had an enjoyable stay here. The room was spacious, location great and buffet breakfast a good option in the morning. The restaurant within the hotel was also convenient. It was within walking distance to many major attractions, Georgetown & the metro. Internal self serve laundry also available, which was handy when we were travelling for a long period.

The front desk was not very helpful. We had two rooms for 6 persons. The sofabed was not very comfortable even for two teenagers. The whole building could need an updating, everything is brown and beige. Breakfast was ok, the staff there was nice. Outside our rooms someone had dropped some crackers and it was not cleaned until the next... More
