Last minute decision to stay in this hotel but was a great find. Rooms were clean ,spacious and comfortable. The hotel in a quieter area so a real bonus. Rates so reasonable it was a pleasant surprise to find breakfast was included. The only downside was the rather expensive overnight car parking cherge of 35-00 plus tax

First, the good: the staff is so nice. Completely professional. Always say hi. Staff in breakfast room always asked if everything was okay. Front door staff is quick to get you a cab when needed. Very positive experience. Good hotel with very warm and courteous staff. Great rooms and decent complimentary breakfast. Had no issues with the Internet either. Pros: great deal considering location to the mall and DuPont circle metro Con: the carpets were a bit too dusty and the elevators were smelly.

In 2013, I'm amazed how hotels which bill themselves as "business class" put a flat screen TV in every room (people still watch TV?), but have cranky, stalling, slow as molasses wireless access, useful for email - maybe - and little else. Location is great very close to the metro, restaurants, bars, embassies and Dupont Circle. Room is big, bathroom is good. Breakfast is a plus. Not many options, but has the essencials. Good choice I would return.
