I arrived to this hotel a bit late on a Friday evening but I was greeted by a friendly front desk agent. The front desk agent saw that I was tired from traveling and stated that she was going to get me into a room quickly. I was weiry about the room I would get since I book on a... More

We stayed here for only one night during a college visit to georgetown u. Beginning on arrival I was impressed by the staff's attentiveness and graciousness . The valet helped us with our bags and the front desk gentleman quickly offered an upgrade to a suite when he saw I was traveling with my daughter and a friend (original reservation... More

Love the location!!! However, I received a call from them prior to my arrival asking about my arrival time so they would make sure my room is ready. When I did arrive, it wasn't ready and I waited 4 hours for it. The room was nice but not amazing for $500/night. The noise level was ridiculous - I could hear... More

First impressions count. Arrived here by train from New York a few hours before check in. It was raining. Waited 15 minutes whilst solitary receptionist struggled to accommodate guests wanting an extra night. Meanwhile phone rings and rings and rings. As our room is not ready we ask to borrow an umbrella. "There is an umbrella in each room sir!"... More

Excelent boutique hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Thanks for the amazing stay. Felt like we picked our best option in town. We loved the spacious room and the hotel style. Service was also above level. Only downside was paying 48 US for parking.

We loved this hotel and location. We arrived early morning - well before check-in - and Uma at the front desk didn't hesitate to make us comfortable even though we were room-less temporarily. She (and the doorman whose name escapes me) checked our bags and sent us off to a fantastic restaurant for breakfast before returning for an early check-in.... More

We stayed at the Graham Hotel George town for two nights the last weekend of August 2014. Our suite was the only one that had a very nice walk out balcony facing the back of the hotel on the third floor at tree line height. The greeting by the door man Weldon, was excellent and he was very helpful and... More

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Rooms spacious, comfy beds/bedding and granite baths. Staff extremely welcoming and accommodating. So how many desk clerks would lend you their own personal umbrella, when going out in a pouring rain? Immediately return your call a week after departure, checking on a potential left item? Graham Hotel staff go beyond the call... More
