We were attracted by the weekly rates, to this Inn and met a number of "longer-stay' friendly guests like ourselves. The Inn is only one street away from lots of local eating places of all nationalities and prices (ahelpful list of staff favorites was provided) & supermarket, if you wanted to take advantafe of the small, (adequately equipped) kitchenette (includes... The Adams Inn was a trip back into the time of simple pleasures - like visiting grandma's only better. The staff were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Our bed & bath rooms were comfortably spacious and clean with ample room in dressers & closet. It felt like being a guest in grandma's best room with coverlet on the bed and fluffy... More

This was my first time at this B&B. I really enjoyed the location with the multiple restaurants in Adams Morgan. The staff was very helpful and the inn is very well kept. I plan to stay there any time I go to DC.

After parking around the back of the inn in a double garage, we were able to check in and view our room, located at the rear of the property with a private bathroom and nice, bright and spacious room. It was a brisk 10 minute walk to the nearest subway stop at Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan, well placed for exploring Washington.... More

It was our second stay in a b&b and we can recommend this kind of traveling. If you want a very nice accommodation in a bright quarter of Washington, but you also need quiet nights, then you are right here. The Adam's Inn is nearby a lot of bus lines and about 10 minutes walk away from the next underground... More

When I telephoned the establishment, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and charming the woman was. I had many questions about the area and the property, and she not only gave me her honest (and often surprisingly amusing) comments, but she also gave me phone numbers to other nearby establishments that I could ring up to compare prices, etc.... A client put me up here and I was a bit skeptical at first. I'm used to staying in "luxury" hotels when I'm in D.C. But I was very pleasantly surprised. In fact, I loved the place. I might have lucked out with one of the rooms in the back - it was quiet and spacious and very private with... More

as a family of 3 - 2 adults, one teenager of 16years - we used to saty at that B+B and we have to say it was worth the price and we have had a very nice time there. All the things a B+B should provide were pretty nice and clean, i.e. the shower and the restroom. The same situation... More

The Adams Inn suffers from being too big, which means it never provides the homey feel we think it seeks. In a fine location, if a 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station, it is very close to the restaurant district of Adams Morgan which is brilliant. It is also well located for the National Zoo. The Inn itself... More

Adam's Inn is a lovely B&B in a terrific, diverse area of D.C. Make sure to sample the ethic restaurants in the neighborhood. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. While the walls are thin and we could hear neighbors walking and closing doors, the air conditioner mostly drowned out ambient noise. Breakfast is quite adequate unless you want eggs... More
