We were in the area to visit family. The Inn is well situated to restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had to share a bathroom, which wasn't great but was ok, as we shared with only one other room. The breakfast was also just ok, the typical bagels, dry cereal, peanut butter,... More

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This is a great place to be able to use public transportation. It is in Adams Morgan and the restaurants are close. I thought the rooms were not very sound proof but it is a b&b, so it was fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They know the restaurants, the best ways to get around and offer a lovely breakfast every morning. The property is beautiful! I felt like I was at a home not a hotel. Very cute neighborhood.

Has nice garden, great neighborhood, easy to get transportation, nice area to walk. Shared bathroom was no problem, it was like having a private bathroom. Had good breakfasts for vegetarians, like had Almond milk instead of dairy milk for cereals.

Finding an affordable place in Dc can be tricky. Adam's Inn is fairly priced and in a good location. I have stayed at Adam's Inn a bunch of times of the years. Every stay is always good. It is in a very good location - walking to everything. Staff are helpful.

The Inn consists of several adjacent/connected houses around a very pretty garden providing a nice place to relax after sightseeing. Our impression was that the rooms and common areas are kept very clean and tidy but that most amenities are basic with some problems, i.e. loose knobs and feet on old furniture, non-working fans and ac and so on (see... If you're looking for a relatively cheap place to stay right in Adam's Morgan, DC, the Adams Inn is it. It functions more as a hostel though and not a "cutesy" B&B. We were placed in the basement with one tiny window, and while we had more beds and space than we could possibly need (even though we had only... More

Basic and fine. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. Adams Morgan is a great area. The reason only 3 stars... At 1:15 last night, someone from hotel went and knocked on every door asking people to open their windows since something had been burnt in the kitchen. It woke our infant up (as well as the wife and I). I've... More

nice small hotel, located in the former house. Firstly, it resembled a hostel, however there are a couple of private rooms with own bathrooms. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. There is no TV in the room. Despite the worries, the hotel was very quiet and the sleep was also very good. The majority of the guests were mature people, not... More

The inn is friendly and in a nice neighborhood near the zoo, but it's definitely not a full service hotel, adhering to all health code regulations. Here are a few things to be prepared for, so you won't be disappointed when you get here. There is limited staff on duty and only during limited business hours, so if you run... More
