It was simply exquisite! The Innkeepers Laura and Raymond, along with their staff, made our stay most memorable. Celebrating my husband's birthday over Valentine's Day weekend was fun, but a bit of a challenge also due to the inclement weather D.C was having. There were only a few brave souls out in the storm, and to the kindness of Laura... More

The owners, Laura and Raymond are a lovely and very interesting couple who make you feel at home in their beautiful house. The staff, especially Betty who is the manager, are helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were very good to excellent, and the French toast... More

I loved staying here! Great location just a short train ride from the Capital buildings. Spotlessly clean, fabulous hospitality and an excellent breakfast. The staff are warm and friendly and it was a real bonus getting to meet other travellers over breakfast. Our rooms were fabulous with a lovely homely feel and very comfortable beds! Couldn't ask for better. I... More

From the moment we arrived, I knew this was a special place. We were greeted warmly by Noel, offered help with our bags, and taken to our lovely, spacious room #134. The entire home is beautiful and spotless. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bathroom and shower. The owners, Laura and Ramon went... More

We stayed in the third (top) floor Coral Mahal room (#135). This room was spotless, spacious, and well maintained. Plenty of room to sit and spread out. Nice Persian rug, original paintings and antique furniture provide old-world atmosphere. Like all the rooms, there is no TV or mini-fridge. Free Wi-Fi and extra pillows in the closet. This room has two... More

Just spent a wonderful few days at the Embassy Circle. Thanks to Laura, Raymond and their wonderful staff for their excellent hospitality. We would normally stay at the Willard for our DC trips but never again. The Embassy Circle surpasses it in cleanliness, hospitality and character. Will definitely be our "go to" place to stay in DC

Spent last weekend with Ray and Laura and we found them to be wonderful gracious host! Upon arrival Noel showed us to our lovely room while offering fresh coffee and homemade treats. Returned in the afternoon after touring the City to a quaint Happy hour for guest. Quiet, clean, very welcoming. Lovely neighborhood close to attractions but far enough away... More

Embassy Circle was recommended by Lonely Planet, and now I see why. I chose it because of the price and closeness to Dupont Circle metro, but got far more than i expected. Amazing hosts, wonderful place, and delightful follow guests. I felt like it was a home away from home. If you prefer a personal small guest house to large... More

A beautiful guest house in a great location- my only complaint was that my stay was too short! I only stayed for one night and arrived quite late but the room was spectacular, peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of cereals, muffins, bread etc as well as great eggs and salmon. Next time I will definitely stay... More

For those of you that like staying at B&B's, this DC establishment should meet your need. It has location (walking distance to restaurants and a Metro station), comfortable and clean rooms, good food and good owners. A highlight is the discussions with other guests at "wine time".
