I am delighted that we found this quiet retreat near everything via walking or metro. Our hostess Laura is full of energy and lots of good tips regarding tourism in DC. The breakfast is served buffet style. It is an eclectic offering that includes salmon, cheese, hard boiled eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and more. As Laura told another... More

We decided to break up the hotel monotony by staying at a B&B for our recent trip to DC. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, the beds were amazingly comfortable; everything was clean and tidy. The hosts were lovely, friendly people who were happy to help with any requests - laundry, restaurant recommendations, where to go and what to... More

I had a three-night business trip to DC, and had another fantastic stay at the Embassy Circle Guest House. I like getting a Metro pass and knowing it's only a few blocks from the DuPont stop, and that neighborhood is fantastic. My room, again, was pristine, comfortable and elegant. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world every time... More

The Embassy Circle Guest house is one of the loveliest B&B's we have ever stayed in. The house has been lovingly renovated by Laura and Raymond who paid attention to every detail . But the best part of our stay was Laura and Raymond who treat every guest as family . Laura has a true talent for presiding over the... More

I expect a lot for visiting this city. I spend 2 nights in this BB. I went to DC by greyhound bus which stop at union station the same place as the train. Then I took a taxi to BB about 15 mins.It was beautiful place in good environment. The BB is well management with hospitality of the owner Mr... More

So much better than staying in an impersonal hotel. Rooms were spacious, our hosts welcoming and the fellow guests really interesting as they came from across the world. We visited DC because we are interested in politics and this stay at Embassy Circle Guest House meant we had plenty of opportunity to hear people's opinions. However if that's not your... More

Embassy Circle is an immaculately restored former embassy in the heart of Dupont Circle. It is impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, & astonishingly personal, thanks to owners & staff who live & breathe a desire that every guest has nothing short of a memorable experience. We stayed at the sister B&B Woodley Park over a year ago, yet staff who now... More

My 13 year old daughter and I made a mini trip to DC for spring break and wanted a place to stay that would enhance the experience. We picked a winner. We were greeted at the door with a warm smile and a glass of wine (sparkling water for my daughter). Recommended dining was perfect for us both. Really looking... More

This B&B is welcoming, friendly and provides great access to DC. Hosts are skilled facilitators and encouraged us to to let others know how safe and easy it was to navigate the city. Our group used public transportation to visit sites from Georgetown to Foggy Bottom. Even walking the Dupont Circle neighborhod was a pleasure. Great visit.

I had a lovely stay (my second) at Embassy Circle Guest House. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable, but the guest service is truly unique. Breakfast is ample and delicious, and most importantly comes with lively conversation with fellow guests and owners Laura and Raymond, who are stellar hosts. On a quiet street that is also a short...
