Staying at the Embassy Circle Guest House was Spring Break and Beyond! Our room was elegant yet comfortable and Laura and Raymond were the perfect hosts. We especially enjoyed chatting with them as well as the other friendly guests at breakfast and wine/beer hour(s). We are in awe of the property and all that Laura and Raymond must have gone... More

My husband and I just returned from a 7 nite stay at the Embassy Guest House and I must say, it was one of the best experiences we have had in a hotel. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in all types of places...this one was perfect in every way. I was initially hesitant to stay at a... More

We stayed for 2 nights during our recent trip to Washington DC and just loved this place! The rooms were so well appointed with all of the special touches! The location in the heart of the Embassy Row area close to Adams Morgan. The breakfasts were lovely -- fruit salad, breakfast breads, and incredible french toast! We loved sitting around... More

I love staying at the Embassy Circle Guest House for a number of reasons. The staff are always incredibly nice and accommodating. They welcome me every visit with a great smile. The rooms are perfectly clean and very well-appointed. The other guests are always quite interesting - typically from all around the country or the globe. We talk about all... More

A perfect combination of engaging, friendly hosts and exquisite accomodations. Laura and Raymond, perfect hosts, describes their guest house as elegant and spacious - and, it is. Perfectly located in the heart of the embassy area of Washington, DC, it is convenient to virtually everything Washington has to offer. Laura and Raymond set the atmosphere with wine at 5:30 for... The house is beautifully restored, the rooms very well appointed, and the hospitality unmatched. Each morning, the owners fix a wonderful breakfast and in the evenings, wine and refreshments. While the price may appear steep at first glance, you'll feel like you owe them even more by the end of your stay.

We stayed for five days in early October. Our room, the Rose Tabriz, was delightfully furnished and very pleasant. Raymond and Laura are excellent hosts and are very ably supported by their staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts were delicious and we particularly enjoyed the diverse conversations around the large breakfast table each morning. We arrived on... More

What a lovely find in DC. We spent 3 nights in our nations capital and could not have picked a more perfect spot. Our hosts Laura and Raymond and the entire staff were wonderful, accommodating and engaging.
