Located in Adams Morgan, a really nice and lively area of Washington, which is why we chose this hostel. Surrounded by bars and restaurants...and a club...but I'll get back to that. Stayed here for 2 nights in October with my boyfriend, in a private room, shared bathroom. The bedroom was large, and the bed ok, but the curtain to the... More

The location was great, an easy bus ride or walk from the main attractions of Washington and the street itself has got loads of great restaurants and bars. The hostel mentions that it has free parking, which is a bit misleading - they have one pass to a nearby carpark, which is available on a first come first serve basis,... More

Obviously the location..is amazing!! The owners are chill and not uptight. I loved being able to step outside and be surrounded by great diners (you can find any type of cuisine you want) some vintage shops and super fun bars. I slept great and the bathrooms and bedrooms were adequate. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - right in the heart of Adams Morgan area but a dirty little hostel - no-one did any washing or tidying whist I was there and the kitchen remained untouched for a week. Forget the breakfast - do you want to scrape peanut butter out of a litre jar that's had god knows how many hands in it... More

I'd like to first off say that after reading a lot of the reviews of this hostel, i feel the need to say that yes, this is not the Ritz Carlton. It isn't even a Days Inn motel. It is a dirt cheap hostel in the centre of DC, where you can bed down for less than $30 a night... More

The hostel is in a nice street fool of pubs and restaurants, but it's on second floor of one of these, so on week-ends the music under is very loud and stops late in the night. The living room is nice, there is free web connection or a payment pc location; who works at the reception are students, usually they... More

All of the other reviews are correct. The guy at the desk (the guy with long hair), calls Asian people chinks, black people te n-word, and freaks out everytime someone rings the doorbell. Oh, and he talks a lot about fornication. Really inappropriate. Rooms are filthy and people steal...there are no lockers in the rooms. Stay away!

I was in this hostel for two nights. It's on the 2nd and 3rd floor of townhouse. The rooms are pretty packed, i stayed in a room with 6 beds, 3 bunk beds and there was no space to leave your luggage. There are only 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor but over 20 people on one floor (no kidding... More

Do not stay here! The guy running the hostel is very rude and just weird. The place is dirty and smells awful, I didn't even want to go in the kitchen. My room was supposed to be a girls dorm and I ended up with 3 little guys; I don't have a problem with that, but it wasn't what I... More

So this place is definitely not fancy, looks like a dump even by hostel standards. The bunk beds are stuffed in the rooms but no bedbugs while I was there and managed to grab bathroom and breakfast without problem. The main thing to consider is location in middle of Adams Morgan. It is above a club which plays loud music... More
