The problems started when we checked in. We had reserved and printed a confirmation of 2 beds. We have a teen boy and girl. We were given a room with a king bed and told that was it !! The women at check-in said the hotel has no roll aways. The look on her face and her tone of voice... more

This hotel was everything we wanted for our DC trip. The location was great: 0-2 blks from Circulator bus routes, close to lots of good, family restaurants, walkable distance to Ford's Theatre. My husband and I had a great stay while we visited DC. Very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Be advised,. however, that the views are poor - our bedroom overlooked an alley and office building. However, the location was GREAT and the amenities were very nice. I would definitely return. more

had three to a room requested 2 beds and got one bed with pullout bed instead- pullout mattress terrible, attitude from staff poor, requested late checkout got only 30minutes more, bill was incorrectly calculated 4 times and then turns out they were billing it to another guests credit card number!!! at over 300 dollars a night, I expected a lot... more

This is a newer Embassy Suites ....ask for a room away from the elevator. The managers happy hour is free as in all Embassy Suites but this one takes happy hour to the next level. FYI.....parking is hard to come by you may have to park 2 blocks away or so. The hotel parking is $21 per night....( not worth... more

The hotel was 6-8 blocks from DC mall area but very walkable. The nightly managers reception was really open bar and snacks. Breakfast was typical buffet foods or an option for custom made eggs/omlets/pancakes which were very very good.
