Stayed 3 nights (using points) at the Doubletree with our 10 year old grandson. Had a two queen bed suite on the 9th floor. Check in was fast - love those welcome chocolate chip cookies - mmmmmm. Our room was fine and other than the remote for the TV not working we had no complaints at all. We ordered room... More

Had the pleasure of staying the night here with my service dog. I like the place and I would recommend if going to see performance at the Kennedy Center. I hope to be back and next time I should order their cannister of Doubletree Cookies.

We stayed in this Doubletree hotel a few days after one of the major snow storms hit DC this winter. I was traveling with my teen daughter and her friend on a college visit. It was centrally located and had valet parking. As a Hilton Honors member I thought it seemed like a good choice. Over all I was disappointed.... More

I stayed a snowy two days in this hotel and had nothing but the best experiences (and the last time I stayed here). I usually don’t like being on a high floor but the hotel was sold out (always seems to be full) and I had to take a room on the 10th floor. But, when I saw the amazing... More

While not as elegant as the (now closed) Watergate Swiss Hotel, this hotel is likewise, walking distance to Kennedy Center. A good place to stay when seeing a show.

We always look for a pet-friendly Hilton hotel when we're on business, and this Doubletree did not disappoint. Our suite was spacious, the rates were good, the fitness center was clean and well-equipped, the neighborhood was excellent for walking and dining - but the staff is why we will return when we have to be in D.C. Rob, the manager,... More

Recently stayed at hotel while visiting my daughter at George WAshington University. We decided to stay here because we are Hilton Honors Members and even though was only $10-$20 more per night than most of the "non-chain" hotels surrounding the campus. We were disapointed there was no formal restaurant however there are literally hundreds of really nice restaurants within blocks... More

This was a very average place. The suite had a kitchen with major appliances and basic equipment but the doors on cabinets were broken and the walls chipped and dirty. The suite was fairly large but the furniture was outdated. The location is great. Very close to Kennedy Center and the metro. The staff was friendly and professional. Bed too... More

Had a recent stay. We had no problems with filth or sticky furniture, etc. Our room had clean and recent appointments. However, the hotel itself is quite old and scuffed up. A bit musty and not really a full service hotel with respects to facility. I gave the hotel a poor rating because of the problems we had with breakfast... More

I am not one to usually complain about a hotel as when Im away I don't spend much time in the room, however this hotel is so dirty I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there. Very dissapointed with the hotel, arrived after a 14 hour drive from Florida and was told it would be $30 per day for valet parking (where... More
