If you like sleepless nights at a high price and a generally unsatisfactory hotel experience, then the Hampton Inn Washington DC Downtown is for you! Very amateurish for a city like Washington, noisy guests and noisy heating/cooling system. Good location, gym, pool, and breakfast don't make up for lack of quiet sufficient to sleep.
