We stayed here over Spring Break 2014. This place is so much better than staying in a hotel. It is a furnished apartment with a full kitchen AND a washer and dryer! The lobby itself is STUNNING. The view from the rooftop terrace is priceless. Views of the White House, Washington Monument and much more. It is close to the... More

This was called a "luxury apartment" in the ad, and while the furniture was more functional than luxury, it was very clean, and more than met our expectations. Ours was a single bedroom with a kitchen, living room with wireless, TV and a washer/dryer in the apartment. The building was quiet and well secured, with an excellent restaurant on the... More

Billed as a luxury apartment, this 1 bed had a comfortable sitting room complete with roomy desk to work at. Small bathroom, a powerful shower but over the bathtub, and the bathroom was certainly more compact and less modern than in a good hotel. Very spacious bedroom with lots of storage and comfortable, but not particularly large, double bed. Fully... More

I have never had such an experience. I prepaid for a non-refundable apt for 4 nights at the Woodward Bldg through Expedia. Upon arrival at 4:20 Sunday Oct 25th, the check in desk didn't have my arrival information. The woman at the front desk didn't know what to do - she had to guess if it was BridgeStreet that had... Having read Tripadvisor reviews prior to us booking here, I knew there could be an issue with us being booked out to another location. As my wife is pregnant and we'd arrive here after travelling for more than 16 hours, I sent them an e-mail asking to either confirm that we'd stay in this location or tell us about it... More

The Woodward is in a great location for either touring or working in DC, a short walk to the Mall or Dupont Circle. The apartment we rented was very comfortably furnished, two bedrooms and two baths. Appointments were all very nice.

From the historic marble lobby, to the immaculate spacious apartment with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a clothes washer/drier, and free Wi-Fi, to the rooftop terrace with great views of The Mall, this is a top notch stay - and only a 5-minute walk from the McPherson Square Metro station. There is coffee in the... More

If you're looking for a spacious and well appointed suite and don't need hotel amenities, look no further. Within a few blocks of the White House, the National Mall and the McPherson Square Metro Station. Fantastic location and affordable, I will definitely stay here again when in DC.

The two-bedroom flats are very spacious and tastefully decorated. There is a small but very well equipped fgym in house. The nicely furnished roof top terrasse has a fantastic few. There was nothing amiss! Only the bed are a bit small.

This was my first trip to DC and I was a little concerned as I had read reviews about this company moving people to their other building, which was poorly located, and with little notice. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and discovered we had been upgraded from a studio apartment to a 2 bedroom! The apartment was very... More
