Loved the neighborhood, loved the staff, loved the rooms. I've been coming back for years b/c there's nothing better. It's super convenient and you can't beat DuPont Circle for a great location. Walk or metro to the Mall. There's a ton of great restaurants close by too. And the staff gives the best advice about everything. I can't say enough... more

We absolutely loved the Jennifer Green Room. Spacious private deck overlooking the swimming pool, oversized dressing area off the shower. Quiet, leisurely stay in DC. more

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time while staying at Swann House. The rooms were clean and very nice. We were able to relax at all hours of the day. The staff was fantastic, they knew the city well and were able to point us in the direction of both popular tourist destinations as well as local hot... more

Unbelievable accomodations...great showers (with really hot water)...quiet surrondings...comfortable beds...wireless internet and great breakfast food...and if you are leaving early in the morning the staff will bring your breakfast to your room the night before....my mother didn't treat that good! We had the Bridal Shower Tea here. The perfect place! My friends were impressed with how beautiful everything looked! Food was delicious and presentation exquisite! Everyone had a great time. Fantastic accomodations and super friendly staff with wonderful service. Location was great, room was incredible and very clean. Breakfast was superb, sherry offering at night was a great touch! By far the nicest B&B we have stayed at anywhere in the country. Highly recommended!! more
