The Ritz Carton Washington DC is a luxury/ luxury business hotel located not far from Foggy Bottom in Washington DC. The property is well located close enough to downtown, a short walk to Foggy Bottom metro and about a 10 minute walk to Georgetown. The rooms are a good size and are comfortable. There are luxury touches such as the... More

We came for breakfast on Saturday morning with my wife and two children, Nehla was friendly and extremely professional. It was our first time in DC and she made sure she answered all of our questions and we had tons of questions! The service in this hotel is wonderful but Nehla made it just a bit more special.

There is a certain quality of hotel that is expected when you stay at the Ritz and this hotel did not disappoint me. To start with there was an error regarding the reservation and the hotel expected me the day earlier, I did not get an argument, or a you must speak to the manager, I explained the error and... Great hotel, excellent staff, very attentive and willing to make the best of customers' experiences. Just came back from a weekend getaway to DC with family and enjoyed every bit. My children were thrilled with the teddy bears and little valentine's gifts, amenities and etc. We also enjoyed the Westend bistro (beef tartare & pork chops!). Al at the front... More

I recently stayed in this hotel for my 13th time. I reviewed it as "overpriced and in disrepair" after my 12th visit. Business brought me back. I am pleased to have enjoyed a much better experience. Although it is an older hotel, I found the rooms and public areas re-carpeted and repainted. The hotel was spotless. The staff is the... More

We came to town with our kids and dogs in tow. The hotel staff couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming. Our stay was so comfortable. Service overall is exquisite from the greeting and valet to the cleaning staff. Only drawbacks were that our tub and shower didn't drain at all-even during a shower, we had to stop it or... More

the Ritz is a nice hotel with excellent staff; very attentive and professional. This is an older hotel that is starting to show it's age especially in the rooms. The curtains had a couple rips in them, decor is dated etc. Not a huge deal but to keep up with the nicer hotels in DC it needs to be freshened... More

We stayed here for two nights at a club access room. Service is outstanding and the club lounge is a fantastic benefit. Food there is beautifully presented with good quality and fresh ingredients. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel lives up to the Ritz policy of going above and beyond. 2 glasses of champagne and a bunch of warm welcoming faces await as you check in. The bellman broke down DC and what was cool about the hotel and the area in great detail to us. He stayed in the room helped un pack, went got stuff... More

First time staying a a Ritz-Carlton property. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a pull out sofa for the kiddo for 4 nights. Nice to have the extra 1/2 bath. Checked in at 2:30, but room wasn't ready, they did call within 30 minutes. Our son wanted to stay as part of his Christmas gift, but no acknowledgement... More
