My husband and I stayed at the Ritz for his company's conference over a 4 day period. It was the first time either of us had stayed at this Ritz. Our check-in was speedy and the clerk, Nickson, was nice and professional. Our room was a superior room with a view of the shops and stores across the street from... More

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend over 4th of July with two kids. We opted for the Lions, Tigers and Bears package which included quite a few goodies. We were given a very large room with a rollaway bed included in the package. The breakfast buffet was typical but good also included in the package. The hotel is... More

My son is an incoming freshman at The George Washington University (GW) in Washington, DC. We drove in to DC the night before Move-in Day to break up the ride a bit and to get an early start moving in. GW is a five minute walk from the Ritz-Carlton. Upon our arrival at the Ritz-Carlon there was a tray of... More

One of the best weekend vacations we have ever had thanks to the ritz DC! Though the hotel itself could use a bit of updating (ie carpet stains, restaurant booths worn), the service was everything you would expect from the ritz-- and more! I have stayed at a number of ritz hotels over the years, and this location outdid them... More

We spent four days at the Washington D.C. Ritz-Carlton. We've stayed at other Ritz-Carlton hotels and while this one was good it wasn't quite up to par with the others. There were no major issues but rather small let downs. Our room was clean but it didn't sparkle. As an example, the carpets were looking a little lived in -... More

The location of this hotel was fantastic as it was on top of a metro station and just minutes away from the main attractions in Washington. It was a couple of stops from the airport. And I loved being on top of the amazing Pentagon shopping mall. I found the service was good and everyone was friendly and polite. I... More

Outstanding! Our three-day stay could not have been better. Al at the front desk went the extra mile to ensure this business/anniversary combo was wonderful and memorable. Everyone there from the moment you pull up is all about providing genuine helpful service. While I am not a pampered person and feel like people should not be so attended to in... More

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it is what you would expect from the Rtiz, but nothing more. The hotel is all around solid and is an extremely good looking hotel. Yet, there is nothing special about the hotel, the staff does just enough, but nothing more. It would be great hotel, but it is a Ritz and one... More

Very beautiful place. For the many Ritz that I have stayed at, not 100% the Ritz quality. Remote in room didn't work. Towels were stained in bathroom. And they charged me $70 for parking car overnight with no notification. Front desk told me they would take that off and refund me and they never did. I called back a week... More

I thought it was a peaceful and friendly experience. A sierraleonian lady who took my room service requests was particularly nice. The housekeepers too. It just felt quite and peaceful. I asked for an extended checkout at last minute and it was granted.
