The rooms are small for the $160+ charge per night, and that price comes with almost nothing included. The showers are poorly designed and uncomfortable, and they charge you $10 a night for wifi use **PER DEVICE**. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms (they charge you for those too) and the hotel is difficult to access from... More

They are certainly behind the times. Please.... Why don't you offer free internet in the rooms??? They charge $9.95 per day for internet... Only one device. Come on.... Get with the times!!! At least allow unlimited devices.

We stayed here and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again. It was quiet, and temperature easily controlled. The breakfast buffet was very good also. I had no idea this hotel existed and am happy to have found this property.

This is a venue where I attend and also conduct scientific and educational conferences. The most recent times were in late September 2014 and late October 2014. The meeting space is ideal for groups ranging in size from 10-300. The sleeping rooms have been renovated over the past few years and are well-appointed and a step up from what one... More

Although the rooms are very basic and utilitarian you can't beat the location's proximity to the campus. Under roof are numerous restaurants, a fast food court and a Starbucks as well as a business center. The rates are economy level. It is litterally 10' from the business school where my daughter has her interview. Great place to stay if you... More

Room was reasonable, clean, although dark and cold. (I couldn't see into the closet even with the lights on). Breakfast buffet was ok, friendly service, but it seemed like the first time they ever served a buffet. I was on an interview and found out that I could not be back before 1, although the hotel was empty and I... More

I've been there for conferences throughout the years and the hotel management and sleeping rooms has not improved over the years. Unfortunately, conferences bundle the meeting fees/room cost so they leave attendees very little options. The conferences, hospital and loyal alumni feed the hotel on-going hotel business so no need to improve their customer service and management. The hotel's policy... More

Good location for a conference. Very close to the university and medical centre. Rooms a little small as was the bathroom but it was clean and in good order. Everything worked. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch but not dinner. Uni food hall and Starbucks were nearby and the Epicurean restaurant across the parking lot served good value food all day.... More

I was here for a weeklong conference, and the room was fine, the staff courteous, the facilities quite decent, and the Georgetown campus on which this sits quite historic and attractive. My only real complaint was the relative lack of dinner options without making a decently long hike down to M Street in Georgetown. In a number of ways the... More

Visited with my friend & my goddaughter as a potential college. The proximity to the university is extremely convenient. The hotel itself is an older boutique type hotel Very moderate and plain.. It is priced reasonably and within walking distance to the medical center, shopping, dining, etc.. Great location for the price and if you are in DC specifically for... More
