I was on the 7th floor overlooking F St. On the other side of F is a disco. The music plays so loud in the disco that I could hear pulsing in my room. Sometimes my windows would vibrate. As a result I got very little sleep Friday and Saturday night. The other problem with this hotel is their card... More

I have stayed at this location numerous times since 2001. I have always been satisfied. The hotel has the historic charm of a boutique hotel. You can't beat the location in the center of the Federal Triangle and close to the Metro. The rooms are clean, comfortable, albeit on the small side. The breakfast downstairs is ample. Gordon Biersch is... More

This hotel is in a terrific location in DC, but some expectations weren't realized. For instance, I called the front desk to set up a wake up call and no one answered. Never. This was around midnight, but I couldn't understand why no one answered. I finally got dressed, went downstairs, and saw that the nighttime attendant was busy with... More

The hotel & staff were very good. Special thanks to the Concierge, Sean Kullavanijaya & his co-workers for reservations at several great restaurants & tours. Everyone on the staff were friendly & helpful. I need gluten free foods. The hotel has a great cafe where we had breakfast in the morning - there were able to handle my dietary needs.... More

I was in DC on business and needed a room for one night. I am a Rewards member, so I try and find Marriott properties. This was my first stay here. I have stayed at several other Marriott's in the vicinity. This is an old building, but the hotel has been nicely upgraded. The room ws nothing special, but was... More

One of the most comfortable hotels we've visited in a long time. The modern lobby with its nooks and comfortable seating, the fireplace and touch screen informational TV, the Bistro and the small vending area all add up to convenience and customer comfort. Our room was a splendid modern decor with all the comforts you'll want or need-flat screen TV,... More

Courtyard Marriot is right in the thick of things: across the street from the Spy Museum and the National Portrait Gallery, walking distance to Chinatown and the Smithsonian, Convention and the Shakespeare Theater and surrounded by great restaurants and nightlife. Room was tight but fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. I'd do it again.

Located near the Verizon Center we found it an easy jumping off point for all their is to see in DC. International Spy Museum across the street, Ford Theater is just around the corner, 3 blocks to the National Mall and a 10-15 minute walk tothe White House. The staff was friendly and always asking if we needed anything. The... More

This is one gorgeous Courtyard property!! The lobby, the restaurant, fitness center and rooms are all beautiful and look brand new!! This former bank building was beautifully transformed into a top notch hotel. The location is near perfect. You are within blocks to great theaters, restaurants, and historical buildings and monuments. The rooms are really gorgeous and the beds ate... More

This should not even be called a Courtyard. Courtyards now are these cookie cutter hotels with little service. They compete with Hyatt Place, serving some food and drinks, but no real bar or restaurant. This hotel is really enjoyable. The location is near Ford's Theater and in walking distance of a lot. The White House is not too hard to... More
