We are Hilton Gold members and have always enjoyed staying This hotel is in the NOMA section of Washington DC. It is close to the Metro and Union Market. This is a neighborhood in transition so the walk to Union Market is very urban so be smart. Overall the location is not convenient. We were able to check in early... More

Could stay anywhere for less and get far more - was not greeted properly and then had to haggle over the benefits that I had coming to me as a Gold Card Member for the last 20 years. Also the room was rather stark in furniture...no table in the room or anywhere to sit outside of the office chair or... More

Booked the room for a one night stay and the only reason I choose this hotel was for the location to Union Station. Otherwise, it's inconvenient and hard to get a cab at 4 am. The staff wasn't professional as most Hilton properties but the rooms were very clean. It wasn't worth $436.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. You cant blame them for the location since I made the reservations but damn nothing is close. Be prepared to cab it or metro so walking is involved. The in house restaurant is very good so at least if you come on a Sunday it gets better on Monday.

I brought my nephews to DC to view the white House April 3-7, 2015. Antasha at front desk was extremely thorough and friendly. I wish I could clone her 1 million times and send her to every hotel in the world. She definitely set the bar high. Gary was also very friendly and hardworking. Special thanks to Travis...one of the... More

This was my second stay at this outstanding property. Where do I start? The front desk staff at this NoMa (North of Massachusetts) hotel is "over the top" with their friendliness and eagerness to serve you. I am afraid to mention anyone's name because everyone greeted us warmly, with enthusiasm and with a willingness to help, but Veeva and Deirdra... More

The hotel is situated in the NoMa area which appears to be an up and coming gentrified locality with plenty of amenities close by such as metro stop within one block, Union station within a five to ten minute walk, Starbucks, mcdonalds, potbelly and mo's. The capitol building is around a twenty minute walk or five minute bike ride away.... More

Satisfied with the room. It was clean and everything was in working order. Staff was very helpful with suggesting how to get to places in DC. Valet parking is only option, but if you need the car or something in it, they bring it right to you. We never used the car in DC, only used the metro. The Metro... More

i spent 3 nights at this hotel with my family. It was clean and not a horrible location. But you will be taking a cab/metro to everything. The immediate block is okay spout surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy. The hotel had a power outage one day and so housekeeping was backed up. Breakfast was included and it was was... More

Dear Christirdh, I have read your comments and appreciate you taking time to share your experience. I am sorry that your visit had some flaws, starting with staff not having full knowledge of restaurants to refer on Easter Sunday. Additionally, the power outage that not only the hotel, but the majority of Washington, DC faced was a challenge for 4... More

Stayed 5 nights on vacation to DC. Picked this hotel as I am a HHonors Gold member and wanted a hotel near a metro stop. This was very near the NoMa metro stop and the hotel was clean, quiet, and as expected for a Hilton Garden Inn. Ate breakfast every morning and enjoyed made-to-order French toast, omelets, or eggs. Since... More

Dear TravelerMR, Thank you for your loyalty and for sharing your feedback. I know that, as a Hilton Honors Gold member, you spend many nights on the road in our hotels. First off, yes, the club across the street has been shut down. As we know, you can't pick your neighbors, and this process took some time. I'm glad that... More
