We really enjoyed this hotel, which was in a perfect location for sight seeing. We booked a "single" room for two people which was fine for English people who are used to sharing a standard size double bed. (It seemed that most US "Doubles" have two massive beds, and perhaps you pay more for those?). So we were satisfied with... More

i booked a 2 night stay at Club Quarters (i have stayed at other CQ's in San Francisco, Houston) and enjoyed the stay. when i arrived the computerised check in placed me in an internal facing room. it was very dark and somber, however i called the front desk and the recep was able to change my room immediatly to... We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend on our first trip to DC. The location is good. Walking distance to the White House and all major monuments. Check in and check out is all computerized making it fast and easy. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours and they seemed friendly although we didn’t need them for anything except... More

The location of this hotel is outstanding! It is right across from a Metro station and 2 blocks from the White House and other major sites. The hotel itself was an excellent value especially for its location. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The walls were kind of thin and we could hear the baby that was staying next... More

I agree with other other recent posts that gave this hotel four stars. My room on the fourth floor overlooked the construction site, but I was out of the hotel early in the morning before the work began, and they stopped working midafternoon. My room, the smallest class available, was fine for one person or two people who don't need... More

I was very impressed with the price (at least the weekend rates) and the rooms. I felt my (standard) room was relatively large for the price and mid-city location. It was maybe twice as big as downtown hotels in NYC or SF of similar vintage. The furniture, bedding, TV, etc., were almost new and well above average. The small bathroom... More

Without a doubt the best feature of the Club Quarters Washington, DC is its location at 17th ST NW and I ST NW. The Club Quarters has a location that can’t be beat for meetings along I, J or K Streets NW or in the Executive Office Buildings. As others have pointed out, the north side of the White House... I was put into a smoking room on the 3rd floor "temporarily" after paying $30 for early room check in since it was "all they had open". I was then shown three different rooms over the course of 7 1/2 hrs. The first one was at the bottom of the air shaft, so I asked if I could have one... More

I stayed at the Club Quarters in Washington D.C. in January of 2007. The room was a nice size, comforatable and clean. The rooms were very modern, not outdated at all. Very secure, you needed your room key to get onto the elevators which made me feel safe. I read many bad reviews about this hotel, but I had a... More

I stayed in the Club Quarters for 1 week in Mar 07 with two business colleagues. WARNING: Construction is going on next door and starts at 7am. If you want to sleep late this is NOT the hotel for you. The rooms have been updated and the room itself was very nice (I had a Directors Room). See pics Bath:... More
