We had a 3 day trip to the D.C area to cover a wedding assignment during the first week of August. My team and I were greeting professionally by Mr. Chirag Patel on the front counter. He was friendly and made sure that our check-in process was smooth. During our small talk, we told him that we were there to... More

I stayed at this property in July 2014 and contrary to some of the reviews I read here, I was very happy and satisfied with my stay here. Rooms and location was decent. Front Desk and the management was super friendly and always willing to help. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It was good place to stay for a night. It was pretty cheap, rooms were clean, excellent helpdesk, overall friendly staff, I would recommend it to every one passing by DC and needs a stay over. Good Hassle Free Experience.

I was here with my Family visiting DC for the weekend. On arrival, they sent me to a room that I did not book. Then put TWO unauthorized charges on my Card, when I already Pre-Paid my stay. Room Service did not make our beds. The carpet dingy and Elevator dirty. The nicest thing about this hotel was the Staff.... More

I normally stay at Choice hotels. I normally am very pleased. Not here. I don't have time nor energy to go over everything so I'll list the highlights. First, ever see the movie Blues Brothers? Remember the scene where they get to the hotel and the train comes by. Again and again? And no matter what you hear it because... More

The room was said to be non-smoking, but it smelled terrible. It may have been general staleness and not smoke smell, but it was terrible either way. The TV remote was so worn away that I couldn't even read what button did what. The outlets were loose and protruding from the walls. The bathroom sink took literally forever to drain.... More

Good value for the price, clean rooms and they gave a free breakfast as well. The location is rough, nut they have a shuttle to and from Union station, so monuments and whitehouse are within walking distance. We stayed an extra night because it allowed us to visit Washington on a budget. Hotel staff was friendly.

I stayed in this hotel during the 4th of July rush. The hotel was sold out but the staff and services we received was outstanding. Got room service daily and if I call for fresh towels , it would arrive within minutes. Very well organized and managed. The manager Chirag Patel was very welcoming and took care of all our... More
