I have found a very nice Marriott property in Washington DC. I stayed here from Dec 17- 20th for the first time and it was a great experience to be sure! Wonderful attentive staff an incredibly comfortable room and convenient in every possible way! This hotel has and does it all well and Marriott should be very proud of this... More

When I drove up to the hotel, I really did not know what to expect. The location is not high on eye appeal - lots of construction going on - and obviously commercial, but the convenience to the Metro is great. Union Station is only one stop away. The hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff is very... More

i visited this facility twice in a six week period. I thought that the hotel was convenient. The most impressive part of my stay was two employees, Ricardo and Teresha Kinlaw. These two went beyond the call of duty to assist me with my stay. It is rare for people to care so much about your needs. Will return because... More

The hotel rooms are clean and have enough facilities for someone on a business trip including a free access to the internet in the room. It only took me six minutes to get to the downtown because the nearest metro station is virtually next to the hotel. The people at the Reception desk and restaurant are very friendly and ready... The hotel is very new and the rooms are fantastic--it felt as if they had never been used before! My room also had beautiful large windows along an entire wall. The staff are wonderfully friendly, helpful, and polite. They answered any questions I had and were extremely accommodating for changes in my plans. When I needed to extend my stay... More

Great location, step out the front door and the Metro is only a few steps away. By jumping on the Metro Red Line, you can be almost anywhere in the city within minutes. The hotel was very nice! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well kept, quiet and offered free WiFi. There was a fridge... More

Stayed at the Courtyard while visiting our daughter who lives a few blocks away. As you will see by the photos, parking is a difficult situation with only valet (which I hate) and expensive (which I hate even more). Luckily, we were able to park at our daughter's place so we dodged the bullet on parking. The location is pretty... More

I recently spent 3 nights at this newer Courtyard. Facility was very nice - as was the staff. There is a "real" dinning room and the food was quite good. It needs to be as the options in this general "emerging" area are limited to sandwich shops. And while the NoMa Metro is right next door, cabs are very difficult... More

This hotel has the best staff and the best service I have seen in a long time.
