We were very satisfied with the quality and location of this hotel-- it's right next to a metro station, close to several small restaurants (and the nicest grocery store I've ever had the pleasure of visiting!), and within walking distance of the East Capitol neighborhood in which our friends live. At just over $100 per night, it was one of... More

I came here on a work trip and this is a preferred hotel for my employer. It's not what I expected from a Marriott hotel. The hotel is near a Metro station (a plus) and next to the train tracks (a minus). There are small resturants around it and there is a 7-11 next door (a plus). There are a... More

Stay was good. WIFI was horrible and very very slow. Overall good stay, liked the place as its next to Metro. Little bit expensive based on the location. One of the benefit choosing this courtyard was that American express card gives you 5% cash back staying at any location of Marriott

Thank you for proving a comment about your recent stay. I am very happy that you enjoyed the partnership between Courtyard and American Express. The NoMa neighborhood around the hotel continues to be one of the fastest growing areas in DC. We are very excited about the development of new stores and business. I am also glad that you enjoyed... This hotel is convenient to a Metro stop just NE of Union Station by 1 stop. That is the good piece. There is a ton of construction around this hotel and likely will last awhile. My arrival, I was greeted with the announcement that the water would be shut off from 10 pm to 6 am. Please tell me these... More

Reasonably priced, right next to the Metro, so just a few train stops from the national mall. The bistro in the hotel is just fine for breakfast, quick dinner or a cocktail. No lunch and more of a quick cafe feel to it. The pool is tiny! Our 2 kids had fun but any more than 4 people in there... More

I spent 3 nights here and traveled alone for a school related interview. I arrived on thurs (4/12/13). First off the hotel is very nice and modern. I was greeted with a nice staff member that advised me check-in was on the second floor. Check in was nice and quick. I liked how they had a little office area with... More

Everything was amazing at this place. The customer service, cleanliness, location...everything! It was all great! The Metro was right next door! There was plenty of food around, no matter what we were in the mood for. We have stayed there twice and it will definitely be the place we return to if we go back to DC!

One mile walk from Union station. Abundant eateries within 1 block walk. Supermarket within 2 block walk that has extensive deli and salad bar, much cheaper wine and beer than any other place you would find in DC as a tourist. It is right on the metro, out the door and twenty steps down. There is a convenience store next... More
