I stayed three nights while attending a big conference at the Convention Center. For $90 on Hotwire, I was satisfied with my stay. The room was quiet (facing away from tracks) for two of the three nights I was in residence. One night, I had next door neighbors who were watching Monday night football. I was about 10 minutes from... More

While this Marriott had a great location with easy Metro access, it fell a tad short in the cleanliness category. It was a mixed bag. The staff was great. They were very friendly and efficient. However, the room had areas that needed a little sprucing up. There was some dirt on the queen size cover. There was no actual closet... More

Thank you for your review and comments. I am glad you enjoyed our location and found our staff to be memorable, but I am embarrassed to see that you had a question about our cleanliness. When I read your comments, it seems there is a room needing some TLC. We are just over 5 years young, so feedback such as... More

Good location adjacent to the NoMa Metro stop. There is a Harris Teeter store just a block and a half away and several fast food sandwich and burger restaurants nearby. I ride the Metro everywhere in DC during many business visits, so this Courtyard works. Would not recommend the Bistro. Prices are quite high and the quality is average. Happy... More

I stayed at this Courtyard for six nights while attending a conference. Location couldn't have been better, as the north entrance of the NoMa station on the Red Line is next to the hotel and several quick-service restaurants are within walking distance. I wouldn't cross the tracks, but the area south and west of the hotel feels very safe, with... More

I had a conference in DC at another hotel that had less amenities. I stayed at this hotel for nearly a week and I am happy that I did. Its next door to Metro so travelling around DC and to my conference was a breeze. There are a number of close by places to eat. The neighborhood is up and... More

I would like to share both positives and negatives but in short, have low expectations. Positives: Location is great. The metro is on the same block so it was very easy to travel into the city. Room quality was great too. No complaints as it was your typical Marriott room. Negatives: Valet. We parked our car and the valet damaged... More

Thank you for the review. We apologize profusely about the valet wait times and issue with the condition of your vehicle. I invite you to email me privately at mike.wilson@marriott.com so I can verify that we have an open claim on this with our valet department. Unfortunately, our hotel was extremely busy during your stay, particularly in the valet department.... More

I had no idea what to expect despite pretty good reviews. I booked a room based on proximity to Catholic University (came to town for a basketball tournament) & quick access to the Metro...along with the good reviews and reputation for Courtyard hotels. I was beyond pleased with my choice! The Metro right outside was a bit noisy and I... More

This is a great hotel located in the eclectic, NoMa neighborhood. .Our stay was very pleasant. The Marriott's staff were all genuinely friendly and always courteous. Clean, but boy, you can't get much more bare bones than this. Bedspread is too thin. It IS dead quiet in the streetside rooms, though. In room coffee is silly, so expect to leave your room for a decent brew. Other than the metro access, this really isn't a particularly good value. No decent restaurants around.
