Very good location and very clean. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Nazee from the reception and the concierge people that helped us a lot. 10 minute from the hotel you must go to Churchkey restaurant for great food and beer. It is a must! Take care that the airport shuttle will take u to the right Westin Hotel! We... More

Stayed for 2 nights while at a conference at the Reagan Center. Pretty much as expected -- up to the standards of a Westin. Feels a little out of the way as there are not many restaurants and sites "right there" but it is really quite close (15 minute walk) to the White House area. 5 minutes from the Metro.... More

Eh, we checked in really late so we ended up getting a crappy room. Only a couple of things irritated me; the room's window faced the inside/middle of the hotel so it was pretty loud at times. Another issue was our shower was horrible. We stayed 2 nights and I shower twice a day so it was terrible for me.... More

This hotel was a very nice hotel in the heart of DC. I used Priceline and paid $175 each for 2 nights, 2 rooms, which I thought was a good deal during a very busy week in DC (Police Week). The hotel lobby is nice, a little outdated but I liked it. They put out water each day flavored with... More

I booked 3 nights on Priceline and had some second thoughts after reading some of the reviews. The check in process was slow but once we got to the desk clerk it was very efficient and friendly. There was a water station right by the check in desk with pineapple, strawberry & lemon flavored water available which was nice after... More

Just returned from a D.C. business trip with a three night mid-week stay. I was concerned about the choice of hotel after reading reviews and finding out that the police convention was in town with many of our fine men and women in blue staying at this hotel. The hotel informed us beforehand of the situation and assured us that... More

Neither the accommodations nor the staff's service/attitude were particularly impressive. The wireless internet, for which I had to pay being only Starwood Gold at the time, was incredibly slow, bordering on dial-up speed circa 1998. More

Positives: - ok location (not as convenient as some, but walkable) - great service, from reception to restaurants - food at both breakfast and dinner was great - warm cider in reception was wonderful when coming back in from the cold Negatives - we had a room looking onto the atrium, and did feel rather deprived of sunlight after a... I stayed at this hotel for 3 days for a seminar my company was conducting. The hotel itself is not as nice as some Westin properties, but I was given a suite which was a treat. Large and spacious, with a balcony that was unfortunately just out to the lobby, not outside. Because my rooms extended over the lobby and... More
