We stayed several nights in the fourth floor walk-up with shared bath ( the only room available at that time.) The bed was quite comfortable and the other furniture just serviceable. Perhaps I've been spoiled by wonderful B&Bs around Asheville but I found this B&B to be sub-par in almost every respect. We made our reservations for the inauguration in July not knowing anything about this place and we lucked out. This place was perfect for us. Carolyn (the host) was so accommodating to al the guest and all their special needs. She was like our mother -- taking care us in a strange city. We couldn't have been happier! more
