Wonderful, personalized and flawless service in a great location two blocks away from the White House - perfect spot and base for a weekend in DC. Outstanding support from the concierge team organizing, planning and recommending place to go see, dine, watch, enjoy.

Stayed here for a weekend to be close to the downtown action. Rooms are a little expensive, but that is the price to pay to be in a great area. Everywhere we wanted to go was just a walk or cab ride away. Staff was great and very accommodating. No issues with the room or service. Great place to be.

I had my wedding reception many years ago, when the hotel was the Carlton. I have wanted to return, and for my mother's 84th birthday, my sisters and I decided this hotel would be the perfect place to celebrate and , it was even better than expected. Such a lovely hotel, excellent staff, the most comfortable beds, great towels, perfect... More

After staying at the St Regis DC last November we loved it (see my review from last November), when we planned a return trip this April for our wedding we didn't think twice about booking at the St Regis DC again. Upon arrival things just didn't go smoothly. The desk agent didn't have our reservation details correct and check-in was... More

My partner travels for business and his staff books our travel. I took it upon myself to book this time do it would be a surprise getaway. Big mistake. I now realize the impact of Starwood points and who's who. We have been to numerous St. Regis properties so of course, why not this one. Arrived around 1pm. I was... More

Our stay at the St. Regis in Washington DC was perfect. Even when the weather was dreadful our first day we got there, the hotel more than made up for it. We got to the hotel at around 2pm and the room we reserved was still not ready, however the front desk agent offered an accesible metropolitan suite for a... More

I stayed at St. Regis while attending a conference held at the hotel. My friend and I were very impressed with the staff including the doorman, valet and concierge desk. The room was very nice. The staff seemed to be happy to assist us with each request we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very friendly..especially housekeeping and doormen. We love the location and woould probably stay here again, however it was not what I would consider a perfect stay. We are Platinum with Starwood and always request a high floor and quiet room away from the elevator. We were upgraded to a suite because of Platinum status and earned awards but... More

My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend and couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The St. Regis staff were extra helpful in accommodating our trip and the butler service was impeccable. They don't make a big enough deal out of it, but every day we had coffee ready for us in the morning and tea... More
