The St. Regis Washington, D.C., has one of the best locations in the Capital, about 3 blocks from the White House and 6 from the National Mall and its top attractions. It is mostly busy with business travellers, as you take from the continuous flow of suite-and-tie meetings in the lobby. But we tourists never felt better serviced elsewhere -... More

I was in DC for business and extended the trip to the weekend. The St. Regis DC has always been one of my favorite hotels in the world. The property is first class - there are even TV's in the mirrors in the bathrooms. The hotel manager was very nice to send me an email welcoming me back and offered... More

left specific do not disturb sign on door, told the welcoming concierge we wanted a late check out and did not want a wake up call. Enjoyed a late evening and the phone rang one time every hour starting at 8:00am until I called after the noon ring and the operator thought it was a computer glitch and blocked our... More

We recently stayed here with our two sons and had a fabulous long weekend taking in all of the sights DC has to offer. The staff was incredibly welcoming to our children and made sure we were comfortable the entire weekend. Our suite was lovely and the connecting room made for a great set-up for a family of 4. We... I stayed 3 nights here with my kids and we loved it. The staff was extremely nice and you know they want to please. The location was great, just 2 blocks from the White House and walking distance to many restaurants. The lobby is beautiful and elegant and we would definitely stay there again. Those are the pros to this... More

This is a classically sumptuous hotel. The lobby is welcoming and elegant. The rooms are spacious, technologically up-to-date, and beautifully appointed. Room service was ALWAYS on time, if not perfectly early.

Enjoyed staying at this nicely appointed hotel and will certainly return on next trip to DC. The location is one of the best in the entire city and so convenient to getting everywhere. Rooms were pleasantly large and updated, although bathroom was very tight with a step stool require to enter shower. Great bar in the lobby with lots of... More

Booked weeks in advance, requested early arrival, high floor, some view. Our plane landed at 11 am, we were so tired but extremely slow front desk staff said room not ready. Five hours later, we were very disappointed to get a (low floor) 2nd floor facing giant dirty roof air conditioners (worst view I have ever seen)Terrible! We had to... More

location is wonderful, near restaurants, White House.... easy to get to and from. Minor problems were fixed with help of front desk staff. Ottoman was badly stained, internet was spotty at best. Great staff. Made you feel welcome. Be careful with room about ballroom - sound travels and parties go late.

Great location and service. We had asked for early check in, and were able to checkin immediately at 10:00 am. We had asked for a room with a bathtub, and when we had been given one with a shower, they upgraded us to a junior suite with a shower and bathtub. The bed is ridiculously comfortable, and we did enjoy... More
