We are a young couple and we do not recommend this hotel. Very noisy - Windows are not well soundproofed. You got waken up by fire trucks a couple of times, fire alarms ringing for no reasons in the hotel and buses parked with engines turned on just in front of the hotel and in front waiting for Hyatts clients.... more

This hotel was brilliant. It is close to Union Station (about 2 blocks away) and so handy to get about. On arrival the staff were great and immediately told us that there was a pillow menu and that if we wanted we could order different pillows including iPod ones! The reception is very trendy and dark with what looked like... more

Got a good deal from Priceline. Arrived at 11 am, not expecting to check in that early. Thanks to the excellent front desk service of Mr. Meehan, not only were we able to check in, but he also handled a problem we had with complete professionalism. He really set the tone for the stay. We were prepared for the small rooms,... more

This hotel was very nicely appointed and handled all concerns promptly (we had a movie-watching issue). We thought it was a good location for walking--but we also walk a lot! We were there to see the monuments and museums and enjoyed coming back to this hotel with comfortable beds, refreshing drink in the lobby, and attentive staff. It was quiet,... more

We had never stayed in this hotel and I had read the review about coackroach infestation only after I had booked the hotel for a night with my wife and three boys. I was concerned that I had made a mistake but my fears were removed when we were cheerfully greeted by the valet and then after unloading the luggage... more

Our stay here was too short and sweet; for the price on the rooms I got, we wished would could have stayed much longer. At check-in, which we were very early for, they informed us that due to some renovations on the morning we were to check out, there might be some disturbances and there may be no electricity! Therefore... more

If youre a business traveler who can sleep through anything, this is a great place. Art and Soul is delicious. All the staff couldnt be better. But the food is expensive and the hotel is next door to a very busy fire station. If the pool is closed, there's nothing for kids to do and the rooms are a little... more

Dear DallasDave69, Thank you for bringing the shower temperature to our attention. We have taken necessary steps and had our engineering department look into this. We are consistently improving on our service every day and hope that you come back to visit us sometime soon to see all we have done. Stayed for 4 nights in October and was reasonably pleased with this hotel. Okay, it's a bit pricey for what it is but get a good rate and its more than acceptable. It's a clean and safe place to be. Guests were a mix of tourists, business people and conference attendees. Big room (one bed) was very comfortable, but bathroom... more

I checked into what appeared to be an okay room in an okay hotel. When got up around midnight to go to the bathroom, I turned on the bathroom light and from the ceiling to the floor, cockroaches large and small scurried to hide. They ran into the cracks of the mirror over the sink, they ran everywhere. Were there... more

Dear Nonlinear, Please let me first sincerely apologize for what you experienced during your stay. This incident is an unfortunate and unusual occurrence here. As soon we were notified about this, we took the necessary actions to make sure that this problem is resolved. We have had all of our guestrooms treated as a precaution, so that this issue does...
