Location, Location, Location -- that's what this hotel has to offer. This moderately priced venue fits the bill if you want to stay in the D.C. area but not spend a fortune. Also, one of our main needs was a pet-friendly hotel, which this is. Why not four stars? -- We were out of our room by 8am and came... More

This is a great hotel. Very comfortable with excellent staff and service. Well appointed rooms and fantastic beds. Location can't be beat, with a very short walk to the Capitol and Union Station. Excellent bar and restaurant. Great concierge service and advice. Stunning view of the Capitol from the sidewalk bar/restaurant. Look no further for your next stay in DC.

Fantastic location / accessibility to Capitol Hill area. Clean hotel with excellent / helpful staff. Parking available on-site. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A group of 12 women spent 3 nights at the Liaison the 1st week in April. We booked 4 rooms, rooms very clean and able to accommodate 3 women, the beds were excellent, location excellent and the concierge and bell boys were very nice and helpful. However, the bathroom is very small and the make up area outside the bathroom... More

Wonderful week in Washington. Blown away with its location. Beds to die for, choice of pillows unreal. Modern deco in reception and rooms. Reception area jammed and noise level terrific which caused problems when speaking to the receptionist. Loved walking out and seeing Capital Hill within walking distance. Easy walk to Union Station. Couldn't have chosen a better location.

Solid value for the room. Just a couple of blocks from the Capitol. Room has very urban and new furnishings. Restaurant has a world renowned chef. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Would stay here again.

Just spent last weekend at The Liasion, primarily due to its proximately to the Capitol Area. Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Great Bed. Easy walk to Union Station. Not a spacious lobby or bar area like the Hyatt across the street, but perfect for our needs. Would stay here again if I need to be in DC.

We were there mid March 2014 for a conference. When we arrived home I realized that I left 2 shirts in the closet. I called twice and left messages, no one called me back. On a 3rd call the person said she checked and nothing was in lost and found...I highly doubt she checked anything. I have emailed the sales... More

Was there for a large meeting in the hotel and there was a mixup on the rooms...which was not the fault of the Liaison. What was the fault of the Liaison was the poor communication between staff members. No one seemed to know what the other was doing. Their attitude was very aloof giving me the sense they really did... More

I recently travelled to Washington DC for a conference. I stayed at the Hotel Liason from March 28th-March 31st. It was recommended by my association. I was charged $855.33 USD for my stay and have a receipt for this amount. When I returned from my trip I checked my online banking account which showed a second charge for $918.93 USD... More
