Everything nice, from personnel to rooms. Only thing missing: a swimming pool. And internet is very slow as usual in Cuba... Rooms were spacious and luxurious, the staff friendly and helpful. However, our room had no balcony or terrace (- we had been expecting one -) and there was no public space in which to escape the fierce air-conditioning. more

Nicely designed, in every corner there is something interesting. The staff was very friendly. All the rooms had a terrace or a balcony, we had an excellent one looking at the square. Only, the breakfast was not very good, so we did not try their restaurant at night. more
