Trinidad is a lovely old town (500 years) in Cuba and La Ronda is a gem in it. We arrived with 27 people on a tour of Cuba and apparently had not confirmed at this little 17 room hotel. The Manager never got upset. She simply got to work arranging rooms and a meal for us. The next night as... More

This is a really lovely, small hotel in a perfect location, just a very short walk from the old town of Trinidad. We received an incredibly warm welcome and almost all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady on reception was extremely kind and couldn't do enough to help us. Rooms were lovely, very clean and well equipped.... More

This was a great find. Apart from the Iberostar, I think that this is the only other hotel in old town Trinidad. Its ideally located only a few minutes walk from all the highlights. Its a charming hotel, around a central courtyard and feels more like a family than a state run hotel, its so warm and friendly. The rooms... More

we really enjoyed this small hotel. Rooms are somewhat dark, but well furnished and quiet as they faced an attractive courtyard. Breakfasts, cooked to order, were excellent but what really differentiated this hotel were the staff. Julia and Amelia, the chambermaids took great pride in their work and were true artists arranging our towels, blankets, bedspreads and clothing into works... More

This hotel is very close to the colonial centre of Trinidad. It is a charming old building beautifully decorated with lovely old photos decorating the walls. The inner courtyard is a great place to sit and enjoy a mojito or a coffee and the staff are so friendly they make you feel at home right away. Our room was inside... More

This charming hotel is located in the heart of Trinidad. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed ourselves. The service was friendly and the rooms tidy and nice. A good alternative to the normal casa particular...

We probably had the smallest room in the hotel, but it worked for us. The hotel staff was very welcoming and like the others pointed out, the housekeepers entertained themselves by using our clothes and other items they pulled from the garbage to decorate our room. The food was okay, nothing special for breakfast and lunch. The bartenders were all... More

I have never stayed in such a lovely hotel. Located in the center of the city, it has the friendliest and most creative staff I have ever encountered. We would return to our room each day to find the maids, using flower petals, blankets, towels and some our clothes would create scenes with people. One had my head phones on... More

Our "people-to-people" group occupied most of the rooms in this small hotel. The staff was friendly, and the housekeepers use towels to create "art" every day. They were very excited to see our reaction to their handiwork. Breakfast to order (a nice change from buffets). One night, a festival in the nearby park, with loud, live music, made the hotel... We had a lovely room with balcony and tall Art Deco windows and doors. Breakfast was very good with waiter service and lots of choices. Location is great, 5 minutes to main square, shops and main sites. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a problem with our transfer which the receptionist helped resolve. We are not fans of towel... More
