Aracely and her husband are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and although we did not try dinner her cooking smelt lovely. There are two rooms here, one with a double bed and en suite (good for couples) and one with two doubles and separate bathroom (good for friends). The patio is lovely, and has a mango tree growing... Casa de Aracely is a really nice place to stay in central Trinidad. We were very warmly welcomed from the start with genuineness. Our evening meal was also excellent, one of our best in Cuba. The rooms feel private as 1st floor is for guests only. We had our own lounge area which was helpful as the bedroom was a... More

We spent two nights at Casa Aracely in Trinidad and could have stayed longer. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind and it is helpful that Aracely speaks English if your Spanish is not perfect! Our room was on the first floor and felt very private (which can be quite rare with casas in Cuba). The air con and fan... More

Aracely, Bernardo and Beatrice and their staff were very accommodating and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and at home. We enjoyed sumptuous breakfasts and dinners out on the terrace. Our rooms were comfortable and cool (with air con) and we had our own bathrooms. Made our stay in Trinidad worthwhile. Neil and Susan Merrick Melbourne, Australia

We loved this casa! I could stay here for a long time. The two rooms are on the second floor, giving you all the privacy you need. We stayed in the smaller room that gave us a feeling we stayed in a spacious tree house. The breeze comes from four directions ( you can leave the doors open too, because... More

Thanks to Luis, our host of Casa 1932 in Havana, we looked up Casa de Aracely on TA well before we arrived in Cuba and decided to go with it. What a good decission this was. The two bed rooms on the upper floor have access to the lounge facing the street as well as the terrace with its large... More

Loved staying at this casa! We, two girls, really needed a good place to stay after a couple of lesser nights and we found it with Aracely. It felt like home. She made amazing food, we had endless conversations with her, and when I figured my wallet was still in Cienfuegos, she organized everything to get is back. The room... More

Of the Casas we stayed at during our time in Cuba, this was undoubtedly the star turn. We were given a friendly welcome accompanied by the most delicious mango juice from the fruit of the large tree overhanging the roof terrace. This in itself was an oasis of greenery on a hot humid day. The room was clean and comfortable... More

I travelled around Cuba for a month and thanks to Luis Miguel of Casa 1932 in Havana supplying me with a list of reputable casas in each town, I was blessed with finding Casa Araceli... and mostly Araceli and her husband Bernardo. I hadn't made a reservation with them and having just arrived that afternoon, I was meant to stay... More
