I've stayed at Daniella's before and it's always wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, her home is gorgeous and very European. Breakfast is very good, and Daniella is a wonderful host. The garden is gorgeous and the location is perfect. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there was a good fan and usually a nice breeze on the... More

We spent one night at this Casa. Really, everything that's been written is quite true. Beautiful house, spectacularly finished, so many delightful spaces. Daniela is a very talented renovator and designer, with many stories to tell. (kitchen floor is finished with reclaimed slate tile originally sent to Trinidad as ballast aboard Spanish ships). She is a good and trusty connection... More

On our two week trip to Cuba this was the best place we stayed at. To get the downside out of the way, the room has no windows, but it has everything else and then some. The rooms (6, I believe) face onto a courtyard, which is beautiful and beautifully kept, and where you can read while having a Mohito... More

We loved loved loved this gorgeous house. Great location, excellent breakfasts, super cool Lady of the House. Would come back in a heart-beat. Note: Be sure you have the exact address of the casa particular that you booked and don't get mis-directed along your way! The bus station is tricky with lots of hustle. Just keep moving!!

Hostal Alameda is by far the best Casa we stayed in all of Cuba. We actually changed our travel plans to stay an extra night. Dani is a great cook and it is beautiful having breakfast in her garden. She organised a day of horse riding and swimming in water holes with Mila which was amazing. Checkout nearby restaurant La... More

The place is absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough, it was like staying in a movie set. The room was excellent, very clean and beautifully furnished. The garden is amazing and Daniela is a great hostess, always with a smile, helpful and an excellent cook (best breakfast ever!). One of the best places we have ever stayed in! Only... More

Casa Alameda is such a nice bed and breakfast. The rooms are very clean and lovely furnished. The house was the most beautiful place during our trip. Dany speaks english (which is something special in Cuba) and has a lot of suggestions how to spend your time in Trinidad. We went horse riding to a beautiful waterfall, took a trip... More

Casa Alameda was our last stop in Cuba and I have to say, it was probably the best days we've had in the country...the casa is beautiful, full of character and Dani, the owner, is a great host (her breakfast is delicious). Trinidad is very loud and touristy (lots of restaurants and bars), so you have to have some Oropax... More

I don't think you can find a better place to stay at in Trinidad. We spent three nights and had a wonderful time. Great location, great host, great atomsphere, great room with a huge terrace / balcony, great breakfast.

Very nice Casa in a central but quite location of Trinidad. Rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and love. Very comfy bed, you really feel at home. Excellent breakfast (including home-made jam and cinnamon buns as wells as Cheese Omelet. Make sure to ask Daniela (the Canadian owner) to arrange a horse riding experience for you, it was... More
