The best part of the hotel was the views from the rooms all the way to Ancon and the sea beyond. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable. The bathrooms were upto the mark. I specially enjoyed the caves tour given by the PR Manager Ms Dayi. It was revealing to realise the room I was in was right on top... More

We were put here when our other hotel Meson del Regidor, said we did not have a booking. Up a very steep hill, but has good views. The grounds are covered in horse dung, even round the pool. The rooms are very old fashioned and in desperate need of repair.

Thanks Good it was only one night experience. The rooms are spreaded over a quite large area and you have to be in a very good shape to carry your luggage to the room. The staff not friendly and you have to be very persistant to convince someone to help your with the luggage. The real experience starts in the... More

Beautiful views but tired chalets rooms. Mine had a broken large window stuck with selotape, thought it would fall out each time I shut the door! Inside the room was dusty, pretty towel sculptures but might have been better if staff spent more time cleaning instead of making shapes from towels. Bathroom was deark and dingy and toilet would not... More

My wife Simone and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in February 2014 and we really enjoyed our stay there. Dayamis (Dayi) the girl at public relations made our stay even better by making us feel like we were visiting her home. She was always there for us and you could see that she really liked her job.... We stayed here for one night as part of a tour of Cuba. It has chalet type accommodation spread out up a hill. Our room, unlike some others was quite reasonable and the towels done in the shape of swans made us feel welcome. The food both at dinner and at breakfast was a buffet and was reasonable without being... More

Early Butlins on a hilside came to mind. The distances involved in getting to the main building could be daunting in the rain. Our chalet was fairly grotty, single glazed metal framed windows and doors with a the rear yard of bare cracked concrete not accessible as the door was locked and screwed shut. The bathroom was basic and the... More

Visited here for two nights as part of our Explore group tour. The hotel comprises a main building with reception, bar and restaurant. The rooms are in chalet buildings set on a hillside overlooking the city of Trinidad. I was fortunate as I had a very spacious chalet H24 to myself, it was close to reception and did not have... We really liked the hotel and the boungaloues. The staff was really friendly and informative. Its an amazing view (and area) where this hotel is based, and you can walk to central trinidad – however its nto walking distance from the beach. As the hotel is up a hill you need to be in good shape to walk to/from the... More
