We stayed here in May 2014, and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very clean, beautiful gardens, breakfast lovingly prepared fresh every morning, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Santana, and the hosts made us feel like part of the family. It was an amazing experience, and as Isabel speaks... More

Nice Colonial Casa, beautiful garden, clean and spacious rooms, very good located in Trinidad (central but not very noisy). The food was standard. All in all we did not feel as welcome as in other Casas.

When we arrived at the casa we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful picturesque garden and the fact that our room was on the far side of the garden giving us a sense of privacy. We stayed at this casa for three nights and we felt very welcome by everybody, even the family cat!! The owners were very polite and... More

Trinidad is a lively and fascinating place – whilst there, it really helps to stay somewhere where you can withdraw from the busy streets to a place of tranquillity. Casa Santana, with its peaceful garden, provides this. We had a comfortable and very private room just off the downstairs courtyard where we were served good breakfasts and dinner in the... More

This family lives in a beautiful old colonial building. The rooms are very nice and you can have breakfast in the lovely garden with the birds singing. Very nice people and it's right in the heart of Trinidad.

If you want to experience the old colonial style, than you find it here. Very nice people, beautiful habitation, espec. in the yard with a couple of different places to have breakfast or dinner, ever accompanied by birds singing.

When we step into the case, a huge yard appeared in front of my eyes. It really beautiful and full of plants. In the morning, I heard the cock crow, it reminded me of my childhood. I had a very good time in Trinidad. The breakfast was also good, we had coffee, juice under the plant in the yard. How... More

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely little place right in the heart of sleepy Trinidad. The elderly owners and their family are all very friendly, the food exceptional (more lobster than you could ever eat!), and the green courtyard beautiful. Exactly what you would like from a Casa.

We stayed in Julian and Isabel's place for 2 night and it was simply lovely. We were in the 2-bed top room and it felt very private with a beautiful interior decoration that probably dates back a hundred years. Julian and Isabel prepared us a great dinner and as usual in casas, it was better than in any restaurant we've... More

We stayed for three nights with Isabel y Julian in January, and their house is wonderful. The top room feels so brilliantly spacious, luxurious and private, but still completely part of their home. They are both very helpful and Isabel speaks very good English. The whole of their family were lovely and cooked some delicious dinners and breakfasts. Thoroughly recommend... More
