Our first choice for accommodation in Picton was sold out so we rented a two-story, three-bedroom condominium in this complex by the water. Because we only needed one bedroom we were charged a lower rate. The rental agreement made clear that if we used second bedroom, we would be charged $40 more per night, which seemed fair. The condominium was... More

This is a great place to stay, the apartments are spacious and built on 2 levels. Downstairs is the sleeping area, bathroom and laundry. While upstairs is a huge lounge area. We had 2 decks which each had a different view. One was of the Marina while the other looked out to mud flats that had lots of different birdlife.... More

These apartments are really spacious with a relaxing atmosphere near the Waikawa marina and views out to the main shipping lanes. Lots of bird life on the nearby flats at low tide, and everything provided to make a stay pleasant. And all at very reasonable price by local standards, even at high season

Great apartment. There were four of us and having two bathrooms which was great for us. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the balconies gave great views. We were very happy with our stay here.

Very friendly and helpful, nice rooms, bathroom a bit small and cramped. Was disappointed to find it was located a Waikawa Bay not Picton (address said Picton) which then cost us money going back and forth in a taxi etc but owners were very forth coming and gave us a discount to compensate and I believe have put this on... We spent 4 nights here in February, and overall were quite disappointed. On the plus side, the apartment was a good size and is ideal for 2 couples or a family. However, the biggest down side for us was the lack of wifi as we needed to work while we were there and didn't expect in this day and age... More

The apartments are only a few minutes from Picton but the location and views of Waikawa Bay more than make up for the short drive. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment even though there was only the 2 of us. The lounge and dining area were spacious and provide plenty of room to relax and lounge about. The lounge room... More

Stayed here for 2 nights over Easter. Upstairs living area large and comfortable. Great having 2 balconies so you could be sit in the sun either side of the building. 3 bedrooms downstairs. Felt a little isolated and small. 3rd bedroom was an internal bunk room which we didn't use apart from storing bags. Great to wander around Waikawa Marina... More

Certainly worth the $$ for accommodation that made it happen. Very well equipped, close to great food and we loved the marvelous views from the balconies. Picton only minutes away.

Definitely a prize winner in terms of size of accommodation!  For the two of us we stayed in an apartment (no5) that slept 6. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs while upstairs there is a fantastic open plan living/dining/kitchen area with balconies to both sides, one with good views of the marina. Really well equipped - we weren't really there... More
