Regretfully was booked into this disgraceful hotel through a leading aussie tour company / travel agent who I am taking this up with. As described by others on this site it is a shocker with an old clapped out section and a newer section I was moved to after complaint. The newer section is a bit better however appears well... more

I organised a surprise wedding anniversary getaway for my wife. On the internet the hotel looked great with new rooms and a big outdoor pool. When I rang the hotel to book, they quoted a $20 more than the internet, and tried to justify this by saying the website was incorrect. They mentioned there was construction, but assured me we... more

Cripes what a shame... this place has the location and the outside looks to be a stunning boutique hotel... But it sure ain't. Room - clean enough but no style and furnishings old fashioned floral. You have to walk along an external balcony from erception to your room It's like an over-priced average motel. The local stary dogs actually checked... more

A two night booking was made 4 months in advance. On arrival, if the vague directions of how to get to our room were offputting, much worse was to follow. The room was untidy, many light fittings were inoperable, the bathroom had layers of mould in every available crevice, the shower produced an asthmatic stream of luke warm water. At... more

having booked through accor advantage plus and then read the reviews I emailed the manager. She replied fully and honestly and committed to one of the refurbished rooms, which was great. As mentoned in other reviews the property is in the process of upgrade and changing to an accor property. So for now, its fine in one of the new... more

My partner brought me here for my birthday in 2006 and it was the worst night ever!!We were put in a disgustingly shabby room (labelled executive room on website).WHAT A JOKE.I complained and asked to speak to the manager who was really rude and unhelpful. He offered us 2 free continental breakfasts the next morning.I was obviously so angry all I... more

Stayed one night in Feb - room was clean and fairly roomy but definitely in need of updating! Probably best to decribe it as "looking a bit tired". As we were only there for one night it was OK but I'm glad we weren't there for longer as it would have been a bit of let down. Staff quite helpful,... more

I am an Accor Advantage plus member and can honestly say I have never seen a more disgraceful hotel as this. Come on Accor get up and have a look at what you have allowed your members to stay in. "Not Good enough", our room was so shabby we actually wanted to just leave and not return. The carpet was... more

Can't believe the age and general shabiness of the rooms, apart from the mismatched decor, the shower has a scruffy little curtain which doesn't stop any water from the tap which blasts out enough water to fill an olympic size pool in a hurry, so it overflows and the resultant flooding of the whole bathroom floor is impossible to mop... more

We stayed at this hotel last night. We stay at Accor whenever we can as we have an Accor Advantage plus card. This is the only Accor hotel we have found that was not up to expectations. The car park looked scruffy before we had entered the hotel. Carpets were worn and hotel generally looked very tired. There is no... more
