We just spent two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge is located just a short stroll from the center of Picton. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive, giving us lots of good ideas for seeing the area. The house has lots of character and our room was lovely, with a little sitting area and a great... More

This was such a nice place with a very reasonable price. Our room was super clean and comfortable with nice linens and decor. The bathroom was very up to date and had great water pressure. The owner could not have been more friendly and had loads of advice for places to go. Breakfast was included and very delicious. If you're... More

Comfortable, quiet, friendly, spotless, well-located, great breakfast - really, this place had it all! Our host even picked us up from the ferry and had all relevant information for visitors and travellers.

From the pickup at the ferry terminal / boat dock to the high-speed wifi; from the excellent firm beds and quiet rooms to the plentiful breakfasts -- Sharon and Russell's hospitality is exemplary! We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Echo Lodge. Russell and Sharon are wonderful hosts with great local suggestions and make a delicious brekky. The rooms were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. They was a great vege garden and use some of their produce for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast within the amazing town of Picton. I can not speak highly enough of the generous and knowledgeable couple who run this B&B; it was through their advice that we found some of the best restaurants to eat at and wineries to visit within the region. The room was spotless with one of the most comfortable beds... More

This is an excellent BnB with all amnities you expect and even a bit more. Sharon is a lovely host, who helps you whereever she can, e.g. lift from the ferry terminal. The rooms were very clean at agood standard. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. Recommendation to stay here.

The pickup from the ferry and drop off to our Queen Charlotte Track walk office were much appreciated. The fresh fruit salad served at breakfast was the best I have ever had. We stayed in the Tui room. Coffee and tea were available in the lounge/breakfast area. Room quiet and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in November, the room was small but very clean and comfortable, breakfast also very good. Sharon went out of her way to make us welcome, emailing and printing a couple of documents for us. Echo Lodge is easy walking distance from town about a 10min walk. The B&B is at the top... More
