Only ten minutes' walk from the ferry/bus/train terminal, right amongst the shops and restaurants. Supermarket is almost next door. Despite the central location we heard no traffic noise. The owners are currently renovating the units, so ours had stylish kitchen, bedrooms and sitting room but the bathroom was yet to be updated (but everything worked fine and the shower was... More

our group of 4 stayed 2 nights at this motel. We found the hosts to be delightful and very accommodating, The motel we stayed in slept 5 people and was very clean and tidy. It was great value for the money. Three rooms had been tastefully renovated and the bathroom and kitchen was to be work in progress. .The location... More

Soooooo expensive for what it was! For less money we could have stayed across the road at a nicer motel with more to offer! Our kitchen was dirty and mold in the fridge.... Bathroom was average and the towels were dirty, gross! We also had to walk down this small dark alley way to get to room which was past... More

The welcome was great, owners and staff great, but for $120.00 per night, not value for money. very noisy, due to proximity to the High Street I was woken periodically during the night, with deliveries and council workers cleaning streets, the shower had a note to turn on the wash basin Hot Tap before turning on the hot water in... If this place charged less I wouldn't have an issue BUT it's more expensive than a superb motel room that I had in Taihape that had a two person spa bath & more than the brand new motel that I'm writing this from now in Christchurch which has a spa bath, washer & tumble dryer in the bath room &... Tiny room, facilities from the 60s! bed room was nice enough but no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. Toilet and shower were dated and not clean, towels were smelly! Can't think of anything else to say......

The motel was perfect It included everything we needed. The location was the best location in Picton! The hotel is also very close to the marine were you can take the boat to the Queen sharlot track. The family who runs the motel is super nice and helpful. We would have stayed there longer if we had more time.

We stayed in unit 10, the pet friendly unit. It was perfect for us and our Labrador doggy. Fully fenced area for our pooch, water n food bowls provided too! The unit is gorgeous, you can tell the owners have put a lot of hard work into up grading, we can't wait to see the completed result! Paul and Louise... More

This cosy motel in the centre of Picton is great value. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful and they even looked after our luggage for the day after we checked out. You couldn't ask for a better location.
