The staff members were all fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying there very much. The position, opposite the Fremantle Market and just up the road from the cafes, is very central.

Only had meal and drinks here. Seating not very comfy. Atmosphere good and picturesque setting. Chips were delicious beer called 50 lashes nice. Mussels, chicken and steak burgers pizzas delicious. The scallop and clam pasta was more than pretty awful disappointingly so ! Stay clear of it. Overall not a bad experience if hadn't had the pasta dish.

Its always been a good pub. It still is. It's always busy but never sees overcrowded. The beer selection is great. The staff are good. The food is good. Overall, I like this place because the more things change the more they stay the same at the Norfolk.

We were walking about Fremantle and it was getting a little warm. Was looking for a place to eat some lunch and decided we would give this place a try given the lovely shady trees in the courtyard. The beer garden is behind a substantial stonework fence that cuts the noise dramatically from the traffic on this busy intersection. The... More

The hotel doesn't look much from the outside as it's right on a road junction, but we weren't put off as we'd been recommended. There is a really nice shady courtyard garden and once inside you wouldn't know you were by the road. We have eaten loads of Ceasar salads over the years and I can honestly say this was... More

Very pleasant hotel conveniently located within a stone's throw from Fremantle markets and the marina. I stayed in a single room which was small but very well furnished and cosy. The rooms are also very bright which makes them pleasant to stay in. Bed is very comfortable and the small room even fits a washbasin. Common showers and toilets were... More

The Norfolk Hotel sits on a corner in central Fremantle, the Port city for Perth and Western Australia made famous worldwide by The America's Cup challenge which transformed the City. Right opposite The Scots Church and The Fremantle Markets it features boutique beers, absolutely fine food at the right price and wonderful indoor areas to sit with a large covered... More

Spent a week in a solo room, while my husband spent same in Fremantle hospital, didn't mind sharing the toilet & shower facilities, great location for solo, close to everything and hospital! Staff very generous and accommodating. Thank you! Very popular in evenings and weekends, provides great atmosphere.

When I am in Freo always pop in for a meal and drink. Food is good although a limited menu(not always a bad thing) Lovely outside seating area. Service can be slow but when on holiday not in a hurry. Good range of beers but these are quite pricey, even for W.A.
