The bus went from just outside the front gate. Good clean showers and toilets. Quiet as it is away from the town about 10K from Fremantle. The bus service is good, runs reliably and costs about $4.50 per person - less with consessions. Public transport will get you to most places. The train from Fremantle to Perth is good. Wandering... The camping grounds are clean and staff are friendly but unfortunately the camp sites are so close there's no privacy , you can't really relax with people on all sides traffic going past your tent all the time and watching your kids like a hawk worried they might get run over .the pool is lovely and clean and your close... Looks like it would be a good place to stay with children. Facilities good, clean, well appointed, despite the whinging i heard from a fellow visitor, who seemed to delight in finding fault with everything! Location....it was a long drive back to the camp each night in our campervan, but worth it once we got there. Lovely walking tracks linking... More

I had a 1 bedroom cabin with separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. It was private and in an excellent location with lots of trees around and with that, lots of lovely birds. I had an excellent stay, the managers were great, the staff were helpful and friendly, and any minor maintenance was promptly attended to. Overall a great stay.

I think the people who visit this campsite just like a good whinge. They would complain about the weather and try to blame the owners for it. My wife and I stayed for three nights and had no real problems at all. Kookaburras woke us every morning at dawn. Mozzies bit us at every opportunity. The traffic on the road... More

As a young couple we stayed at this caravan park for about a week, but after a week of feeling tolerated instead of welcome we decided to move to the caravan park next door. When we arrived there we asked the lady at the front desk about the free wifi. She told us there was, but when we asked her... More

*Our stay : 4 nights with a family of 4 : 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 14) *Accommodation : very average, basic bungalows with little privacy between units and only a small terrace at the front being overlooked by other holiday makers. Living area is quite small, just enough for a 3 people sofa with small TV. Kitchen... More

toilets stank, camping spot we were allocated was out in the blazing sun when there were other sites in the shade, and children's play park gets locked at sundown , WHY, it states on the sign outside the park management does not accept responsibility for any injury, so why do they need to lock the park at night , why... The problems already started when we arrived. We are two Dutch families travelling together. We booked by telephone a few days before arrival. We booked for 2 nights with extension to 7 nights. When we arrived we were not able to stand next to each other due to the conditions of the sites. The sites are a combination of sand,... More

Pricey but in line with other almost metro parks! Lovely stroll to the beach, pool great and clean. Amenities fine, kids ,.......never saw them the scooted around with hundreds of other kids only coming back for suncream and food! The playground was closed at sunset and opened at 730 which was brilliant for noise control. We had a great time... More
