This accommodation is situated in picturesque surroundings and is only a short walk to the little village which is extremely charming. The accommodation itself appeared fairly charming as they were little wooden cabins and were spacious inside. However, despite it being August, it rained heavily all night and the cabin was absolutely freezing cold (even with the slightly dusty looking... More

the location was good just a short walk into the town as for the facilities in the campsite not the best ! having to pay for a hot shower was quite a big one as you should not be a problem to have hot water in a shower and at times it also ran out which meant freezing cold !... More

Had an awesome 2 nights here! Room was very small and only had one plug outlet but it was in such amazing scenery that the size was forgiven coz all we did was sleep there! An awesome little bar where we watched the World Cup final and had a few cheap drinks..will recommend and looking forward to coming back!!

Stayed here for Topdeck tour. Our rooms were a bit small especially trying to fit luggage but for dormitory style accommodation was still pleasant. The shared bathrooms were always clean and so were the beds and rooms. The main downfall is that you had to pay like 5c for a shower... but in the grand scheme of things, especially to... More

I stayed here with my Top Deck group in August 2013. The dorm rooms were small, but adequate to sleep in. I'm sure in the single sex bathrooms, the CHF$5 warm shower fee for 5 minutes ran out after 2 minutes. The bar was cool with tourists from around the world leaving notes on the paper drink coasters and hung... More

Went with a tour group in April and I must say the scenery was fantastic and the cabin rooms were adequate, but quite small to fit all the luggage around. Many great facilities around the place, except didn't like the fact you had to pay for showers. Plus when the nights are cold, there wasn't a lot of sufficient heating... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights. I was very surprised to hear that we had to pay for a hot shower. No heating in the cabins and we had to make do with substandard bedding and blankets. Wifi is also at a price. The reception is not open 24 hours. There are no locks on the doors. This place's... More

Again we stayed here as part of a group, breathtaking views, the rooms from first view are tiny so be aware, this got worse after the first night. We both got bed bugs......and it wasn't just us in our group that got them, our tour guide didn't seem very phased he was just more interested in getting smashed with the... More

I have now stayed at this hostel twice and both times it was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the location is amazing! I stayed for 2 nights each time and the rooms are cosy and warm. You have to walk up some stairs outside to get to the bathrooms but who can complain about such... More
