Excellent location & Value for money. stayed in a rear 1 bedroomed studio with my friend sharing the kitchen bathroom & lounge, The balcony was fantastic for afternoon sunbathing as it faced West. The apartments are a mixture of privately owned & owner occupied. This is not a hotel & does not have a terrific service aspect. However Sandro &... More

We stayed in here for 10 days during last summer (2014), and we came out unimpressed. The rooms and the hotel overall were very comfortable, with a clean and pretty atmosphere, but the food we ate there was terrible. It could also do with more staff, because we never saw an employee around when we needed one.

I'm, glad that James found "The rooms ..... with a clean and pretty atmosphere." However, his expectations seem to have been based on a belief that Tavira Garden is a hotel. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment complex and the apartments are individually owned. Perhaps one third of the apartments are permanently occupied as primary residences, one... More

We enjoyed the comfort of a large well-equipped and peaceful apartment with a balcony. The owners (managers?), Sandro & Monica, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It's true that the complex isn't central, but we found the walk to the centre, which we varied each day, to be interesting and far from demanding. Anyone with a car would... More

Not a great location being a long walk from the centre though good access to road network. A fairly well looked after complex that was practically dead despite being half term. The apartment itself was a bit dated and the dishwasher had a slight leak. Generally clean and spacious but then the management were expecting 5 people. No cot (put... More

Lovely quaint accommodation quiet and very down to earth staff .We had a large apartment with AC and a great sun drenched balcony. Last time we booked an apartment we got a rooftop terrace which was also great. They are unique old style type apartments but various ones have been modernized by their owners. It is a twenty five minute walk... More

We have stayed here twice, in two different apartments,, both very nice,,, the first one had only a tiny balcony, but the pools are just seconds away, and as there are two, they arent really ever madly overcrowded,,, our second apartment had a beautiful , huge balcony,,, loved it,, a short walk around the corner is a huge shopping centre,... My friend and I stayed at the Tavira Garden from 9th July - 16th July this year. The one bed apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. There was a washing machine in the bathroom - not sure why - a dishwasher would have been more useful! Staff were very friendly and always keen to help. We went to... More

Stayed 5 nights. Allocated 1 bed apartment with amazing very private roof terrace (Block 10; 1c) Positives; Nice pool; kitchen very well equipped and includes dishwasher with dishwasher tablets!; clean and well presented throughout (albeit dated - especially bathroom / shower); helpful management; beautiful gardens. This property is obviously well loved and maintained both for rental use and the owners'... More

We stayed at the tavira garden for 5 nights. The apartments are very spacious and very clean. We were allocated a 1 bed apartment which was very noisy as it was next to the very busy road so we asked to be moved and straight away we were upgraded to a 2 apartment the other side of the complex. The... More

I stayed at apartment 22 1° G for a week. The apartment was OK, very well maintained and confortable, with AC in the bedroom. Everything worked nicely (shower, fully equipped kitchen, freezer, washing machine, etc). Sofa on the living room a little bit outdated and not very comfortable to sit in. The main pool was great an very close to... More
