We booked the room by calling directly and speaking to Maria, whom we'd read about in guidebooks as "friendly Maria". That she was! A very kind woman who operates the Residencial. When we arrived we discussed our room options (she has both rooms w/ private baths and without) and decided to move to another building she owned a block away... more
